This store has almost no internet access. It's a nightmare going there to get a new phone set up and have your data transferred from your old phone. I would recommend going to another branch.

I'm guessing the reason why employee "Mohammad" was so rude, uncaring, and WRONG about a T-Mobile promotion is because the store and Galleria Mall are dying and his days are numbered. I'm sure he'd have done better under different circumstances, right?

Evan S was amazingly helpful regarding wireless and home internet - promote this guy! Also, Verizon is largely unusable in much of LA, whereas in my limited experience thus far T-Mobile seems great. Also, they don't do a lot of the shady stuff that ATT and Verizon do.

I moved from verizon, thinking this "un-carrier" was going to be a better experience. Wrong! First of all, my motivation to switch to T-Mobile was because of the costs savings I supposedly would experience. I was paying a little of $80/mo. for Verizon's unlimited plan and was told my T-Mobile plan that was similar would be $56/mo. ($70 less 20% discount). I was sold the Go5G 55+ plan because it supposedly came with a 20% discount, which was cheaper than the next plan that was lower, so in essence, I would be receiving more for less costs per month. However, instead of my usual $80/mo. bill, I was sent a $228 bill, only to learn that the 20% discount didn't apply to that plan and all the other "free" offers weren't free after all (i.e. Apple watch). So after hours of working with customer service, I was then switched to the MagentaMax 55+, where the 20% discount applied...with slightly less benefits, of course and the other things I was being billed for was correctly. So fast forward to this month, I once again get a bill for $121, with the invoice reflecting a $20 payment for the "free" watch and some other charges for things I don't have. I thought I would be happier with T-Mobile but instead, I'm extremely frustrated as the store sells things that aren't on record for customer service to see so they are unable to provide assistance. If you ask me, it looks like fraudulent practices (i.e. bait and switch). Probably time to go back to Verizon. I'd gladly pay the extra dollars to avoid this B.S. BUYER BEWARE!Update...just got a call from the store at the South Bay Galleria. The salesperson is now telling me they made a mistake and my monthly charge for the watch is not $10 but now $15/mo. Unbelievable...what's next???

this may be my longest review to date. my review is here for the manager anthony. the is a list of the job responsibilities as a store manager for tmobile according to your website, and this is just a few. job responsibilities: customer: * responsible for infusing every store's mobile experts with a passion for t-mobile's manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of loving our customers. * ensure that every need the customer has when coming into the store is met and that employees' build the customer's confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple and by solving the whole problem. ensure that every need the customer has when coming into the store is met. failed. failed failed. now my story. i came into the store because family members owns a business near by. i am the companies tech person. so i noticed that there was a problem with the router which we just had replaced maybe a month. i attempted to get on the phone with tmobile by calling 611. i was on the phone with customer service holding for literally an hour and a half. so i decided to go in. now the account is a business account which i set up. i set up the account by myself back in october. i go into the store i have the paperwork the pin code and the number. i give the first associate the number i say hey i dont know why the internet is not working it says there is a billing issue. if that is so i need it taken care of. and proceeded to give the kid that info. the kid said there was a name on the account. i explained to the kid that there shoud not be a name on the account just the business name and that i should be able to get into my account and get this handled. again im the one who set the account up. the kid said he could do anything. so i asked to speak to a manager. after all a manager was the one set up my account in the first place when i set this internet account up. there manager anthony who was on a power trip right away shut me down saying no he cant help me no there is no way to get into the account to pay it of see whats going on. i said i have been paying all the bills from october via over the phone or in person so there has to be a way for him to get in my account. he said no and who ever accessed my account or helped me with my account he was gonna report. again im the one who set up the account with tmobile. the other manager who was here before would always help me. so i left frustrated i called tmobile back and waited on hold for 45 minutes and got the issue resolved. what did the t-mobile rep say. j i see you set up this account. and anthony should not have acted this way. i agree with the tmobile rep. its sad that people of anthonys status have a title as a manager. what kind of example is he setting for his fellow employees. everyone there who has every helped me has been nice and great and if it wasnt for them i would have gone to verizon long ago. t mobile dont let anthony and his horrible attitude lose you guys business.

Ramon was very unprofessional. When asked for a pen/paper to write down account detail he said we should have brought that with us! Initially, he said we couldn't make changes to plan we had instead of offering options. He didn't explain how much it's going to cost and started making changes - we thought he'd let us know as soon as he could. He then said we need to pay $60 something without explaining what it was for. After some questions, when we asked if activation was free he said nothing comes free - he talked to us as if we didn't know what money was and how it worked. We left the store

This location is hidden but the staff is always kind and willing to help without being too pushy. The staff are very knowledgeable and know both Sprint and T-Mobile. Not all stores do.

Those guys are scammeres, they sold me an exta line as it's for free also the phone is on them only to find out after two billing cycles that they're charging for the second line and the phone is only 50% on them. And when I went to them 1st time they said wait for two billing cycles so the promotion reflects on your account.. so I waited went back and then realized it's only a scam, also the manager was acting so mean and disrespectful as if it's my fault. Wow tmobile!

Extremely slow. People from the back won't come out to help even when there are tons of people waiting around. No consideration for anyone's time.
