Store never has items/clothing sizes in stock. Moving carts in the isles is almost impossible. Customer service needs to improve communication with all customer employees. Misinformation leads to a frustrated customer

There was a bigger woman around her 20s at the starbucks with really long eyeliner who was really rude to me and my cousin. I greeted and she looked over it already did not greet back. I asked her for a matcha and she said they ran out. It was right behind her in a cup. she also stopped making frappes and foams an hour before closing.

Shout out to Brandon in Tech. Only person out here helping people. He gets 5 stars, but Krysnie & the other dude on tech with painted nails get ZERO stars. Some of the worst service i have gotten at any target in the South Bay or any target for that matter. I walk in to trade in some AirPods I bought yesterday that were defective. Dude at the return counter helped me soon as he saw me in line. But here come the best part, when I walked over to the tech dept I literally saw 3 people that all basically pointed me to Brandon like he was the only one that worked there. Then when I go to try & scan everything fit the exchange Krysnie & the other "tech" weee blatantly on their phones scrolling through Tik tok it looked like. The other person was watching a whole video on his phone. Kinda sad thud he probably the only help target can get now a days. I hope that when those techs go out to eat tonight they get the same service they gave me.

I have frequented this TARGET store for years, and I usually order online and pickup in store. All my orders have been ready for pickup after I get the automated text or email from the store.My interaction with Online P/U personnal have always been courteous and prompt.
