I visited this location the other day to do some Christmas shopping and the cashier was more worried about making my fiancée laugh than charging us and bagging our stuff properly because she charged us for a shirt we didnt even mean to purchase. I guess she got mixed up while she was being a hoe.

I took my pre teen son to shop today. And wow talk about crappy customer service (cashier was nice though). We went in with full intentions on spending $ and with 4 employees standing within 10 feet almost at all times continually staring dead at us you would think someone would come over say hello how's it going can I help you or anything other than just staring at us to make sure we don't steal. I work in retail so I understand the need to prevent any financial loss for the company but the best way to do that is by offering amazing customer service! Not to make the customer feel so uncomfortable that they stop shopping and leave early since they obviously aren't welcome. We only spent about $130 but went down to Champs and blew the big $ since the costumer service was great and we were welcomed with open arms so to speak.

Very, very impressed with the staff at this store, my hats off to the staff and the management team who train them. I was approached multiple times asking if i needed help, need a different size. I was blown away period. Joslin was the gal who help us find the pants we wanted, thank you to the whole staff for the great customer service , you guys rock

Very in style clothing. There are always people here they have very high quality clothes. The place is usually pretty disorganized though which makes it difficult to locate items around the store.

I only shop at this store when my kids need clothes and through the years they have always found more than enough. The prices are ok. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. The store is bright, trendy and well stocked. I know we'll be back.

Jarrin (or AJ?), the guy with the awesome ripped jeans and butterfly on your glasses, thanks for making my day today. I wandered into Tilly's twice today, and was pretty turned off by the service the first time and left pretty quickly. When I came back the second time after finishing our movie, I picked an armful of shorts to take with me to the fitting room but couldn't find anyone to help me. Jarrin came along while looking for other sizes for another customer and took me back to the changing rooms, set me up and I figured that would be the last I would see of him since it looked like he was working the floor on his own even though there were at least three other employees (for reference I counted one guy in a hat, another guy and another girl all 'working' at the same time.) As it turns out he did come back to check on me as well as on the line of other customers in at the same time, went over the different styles they had and I found what I wanted very quickly. He was super smiley and friendly the entire time despite having to deal with more than one customer at the time. Having worked retail a bazillion Years ago, I was impressed. That's a great attitude and I truly hope someone gives him the recognition he deserves. Tilly's, if you're looking to appreciate someone who actually works when there on shift, look no further than Jarrin. What not to do? Don't be caught shooting the breeze or passing mean comments about other customers to the cashier while I was paying (here's looking at you Asian guy in the hat) - seriously, what a complete turn off and a terrible way to represent. Guy in the hat, what was your main purpose at work today? To accomplish nothing while getting paid? I get it, retail sucks, but don't work retail if you don't want to. 0 stars for you and 5 for Jarrin.
