Awesome gym, amazing price, and incredible staff. All of the instructors have been great (I started with Wyatt, really cool guy). The place is super clean, professional, and welcoming. Best boxing gym in the area.

My 4 & 10 yr old love coming here. I tried a few martial arts places and different forms with my 4 yr old and he really wanted to come back to this place. He's high energy and has a hard time sitting still and this class keeps him engaged. Thank you!

Overall awesome facility and staff! I needed to do a product shoot for a brand I am working with and after every other gym in the area ignoring me or telling me "no", Triton said Yes! Upon visiting the gym for the first time, I was impressed with the facility and everything they had to offer. Indoors they have a wide variety of MMA gear and 2 large mats with plenty of space to train. Outside, the terf/ grass was a nice open space with a variety of cross fit gear. They also have weight lifting gear i.e. benches, racks, plenty of weights (dumbbells, barbells, plates, etc.) which is all well taken care of. Overall, I liked the atmosphere of the gym. No egos, just friendly staff and members there to get a good workout in! I would highly recommend checking out Triton!

The best gym I have ever been a part of! Theres an awesome space for outdoor weight training, an open turf area, and space inside for classes (pre-covid times). The instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful too. Since joining John Marsh has built up my strength, endurance, and confidence more than I could have imagined, but the community here has to be the best thing. I've made so many great friends and memories inside and outside of the gym. I highly recommend checking out Triton gym if you haven't already!

I have nothing but good things to say about Triton and the community at Triton! Just top notch in every aspect. If you want to learn how to box and get a great workout in the process, this is the place to be. Every class I went to was really fun, well taught, and left me feeling super tired but motivated and happy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good workout and a good group of folks to be around.

I can't say enough amazing things about this gym. After one free trial class, I was hooked. I love the class variety (I go to HIIT, Kickboxing, & Weight Training), the variety in class schedules, but mostly the sense of community. I have been attending classes for about a year now, and can see my progress improve thanks to the hands on instructors that always go above and beyond. The other gym-goers have become great friends outside of the gym and I always leave feeling challenged. The owner John is the perfect combination of encouraging and pushing, and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I genuinely wake up every morning excited to go to the gym and see what that day's class has in store.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I may have ended up here by chance (my previous gym merged with Triton back in 2019), but I could not be happier. It is very no frills, but the workouts are amazing and they have a variety of equipment for all types of exercise. I really love the HIIT and weight lifting classes, and for those interested, they offer a lot of kickboxing/MMA classes as well. The trainers are all very approachable, knowledgeable, willing to work with you to achieve your goals, and work around any injuries you have. They are creative and provide real time feedback on form/technique, but make sure to challenge you to max capacity. Triton really kicked my butt into shape and I am proud of how far I've come with their help. Triton is sooo much more than a gym though, it is a community and a family. Everyone cares about one another and I consider so many people there to be close friends. This place is a South Bay gem and what's better than working out in the sun with your friends?

Definitely avoid this place! Nobody wears masks and the owner John Marsh doesn't do anything at all to provide a safe environment against the coronavirus. I was the only one wearing a mask and John actually went so far as to calling me out on it in a negative way. He prefers to have a small indoor wrestling room that's closed and filled with sweating people. Most nights, it gets so fogged up from the sweat, you can't see inside and people come out steaming. With the current coronavirus situation, this is a huge red flag. John himself is also a real piece of work. Ran into several issues with the membership. He complained I came in during peak hours, complained I filmed myself, complained I wore a mask, complained I used too much weight because he doesn't have very many weights, and then proceeded to try to intimidate me by getting in my face. Keep in mind, most membership are around $40 a $50. John was charging me $50 to use his equipment plus an additional $100 activation fee. He is VERY lacking in equipment. There are four racks but only three bars, a cardio machine that has a slippery belt problem that makes you trip, and the ground is uneven as well as the racks. His leg press machine is lopsided to the right and all TWO benches have tape all over trying to cover up all the wear and tear. This was what he charging me to use for $50. Even worse, the price went up so now you have to pay over $100 as a new member to use the discredit equipment. John Marsh is a business owner who instead of imparting wisdom, reverted to anger and intimidation. Very sad words couldn't be communicated and violence was his first resort. It's ironic that a self defense coach is so quick to violence. I As a PAYING CUSTOMER, who wants to work out at a gym where the owner himself is still a hot head opting for violence instead of proper adult communication? Very disappointed!
