“We were very pleased with their customer service. We had a long day of traveling and saw that our estimated time of arrival was about 3 minutes before they closed. We called and Daniel asked us to send some documents via text (were were storing a vehicle) so he could have that part ready and said to let him know if we were going to be late. We arrived at the time we expected and he was very helpful to get us checked in. Who you work with matters. We would definitely recommend!”

Both Keith and Jose made this whole process easier by their professionalism. Truck ran great for the 3 days I rented it. The return process was also pleasant because there is no drama if you take there insurance. It was worth it just for that reason.”

“The truck was in great condition loved the new equipment aside from that, it could have been a 2000 Chevy box truck I still would have been happy the staff here are amazing I got in got my rental and was on the road I need it for a little more time called in got that taken care of no problem when I arrived to return it the gentlemen at the counter recognized me and he said ill take the keys and email you a receipt I was a little worried because I had put in extra fuel, some places will haggle you for the reimbursement amount but when I got my receipt I was so proud the amount reimbursed seemed fair to the degree I believe fair would be and that just really made my day. I dont know the gentlemen name but this guy he deserves an award for his outstanding character”
“I recently used U-Haul U-Box for a move from Los Angeles, CA to Madison, WI, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly easy and well organized. Customer service was excellent, communication was clear, pickup and delivery were on time, and the U-Box itself arrived in great condition.
I was especially impressed with how seamless the logistics were across such a long-distance move. Every step happened exactly when it was supposed to, which took a lot of stress out of the process.
My only minor issue was with the moving blankets. I was told I would receive 25 blankets, but two of the packs had already been opened and the total count was closer to 22–23. That said, it was a very small concern in an otherwise outstanding experience.
Overall, I would absolutely use U-Haul U-Box again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a long-distance move.”

“I loved the moving van. I had to clean it because my stuff was going inside I returned it and they really should pay me because it was returned like brand new clean. But most people would think it was fine like it was I'm just a perfectionist The UHaul man was great, so helpful. I will be back and I would go back to that same location.”

“My rating is for the excellent service I got from Seadler! He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He even drove to my work for papers to be signed to get the process moving faster. Now getting the DMV process through their finance department to my credit union was a bit slow since I used my own credit union to finance the truck. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating so I would give them another chance when we need another truck.”
“Went to the Airbrush shop in the Slauson Mall. There are 2 booths. I went to A-22 to Sunnydaze! He's the man!!! He does an amazing job on clothes, shoes, backdrops. The number listed on slauson swapmeet website is not correct. The area code is not 320 it's 310.”
