“A complete disaster of an experience using uhaul ended good because of the management at this location. The Uhaul in Cathedral city However I would never recommend. They gave me a filthy truck, wrong size, no dolly or blankets after a two week reservation. They called yelling at me that I was late on returning truck mid move although I paid for 36 hours more. Walking in to return truck I was livid. The staff here took responsibility for the other crappy location and reimbursed me for all of the missteps. They were fair and understanding. It's easier to write bad reviews when pissed than when service is respectful. Thank you.”
