“I loved the moving van. I had to clean it because my stuff was going inside I returned it and they really should pay me because it was returned like brand new clean. But most people would think it was fine like it was I'm just a perfectionist The UHaul man was great, so helpful. I will be back and I would go back to that same location.”
“I recently used U-Haul U-Box for a move from Los Angeles, CA to Madison, WI, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly easy and well organized. Customer service was excellent, communication was clear, pickup and delivery were on time, and the U-Box itself arrived in great condition.
I was especially impressed with how seamless the logistics were across such a long-distance move. Every step happened exactly when it was supposed to, which took a lot of stress out of the process.
My only minor issue was with the moving blankets. I was told I would receive 25 blankets, but two of the packs had already been opened and the total count was closer to 22–23. That said, it was a very small concern in an otherwise outstanding experience.
Overall, I would absolutely use U-Haul U-Box again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a long-distance move.”

“Went to the Airbrush shop in the Slauson Mall. There are 2 booths. I went to A-22 to Sunnydaze! He's the man!!! He does an amazing job on clothes, shoes, backdrops. The number listed on slauson swapmeet website is not correct. The area code is not 320 it's 310.”
“My rating is for the excellent service I got from Seadler! He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He even drove to my work for papers to be signed to get the process moving faster. Now getting the DMV process through their finance department to my credit union was a bit slow since I used my own credit union to finance the truck. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating so I would give them another chance when we need another truck.”

I was on a tight schedule and everything that could be a problem, was a problem - but they all helped solve it and I was able to get the truck that I needed. When the cargo van I was after wasn't returned by a customer, they substituted a comparable truck and matched the price. “I went to get boxes, I was walking after inquiring if the indeed had the sizes I needed I was told by a gentleman there were no Med. boxes, a women employee said yes there were, he said again no not any not one. She looked at me ( she was helping another customer) & said give me a moment please I will help you, I said ok. After ( witch was only a moment) she helped me. Not only did she know where one was but she knew were 40 were she helped me gather them up showed me how if you mix match the direction they take up less space helped me wrap them with my string and helped me package them in what I had brought large Ikea bags with heavy duty string to make an extra handle. She was brilliant I can't give any more than five stars but she should get 25 Stars I worked in retail for over 40 years and this woman her name is Patricia deserves some type of reward or at least acknowledgment which I hope this is doing for her this review to show that how she works and treats customers is exemplary. I need some more boxes and I will be going back to this store because of Patricia and I don't just tell people about bad experience I tell people about good experiences and trust me I'll be telling a lot of people about this store and the way Patricia made me feel comfortable and respected like people should treat each other she is by far not the normal but she should be thank you Patricia I hope we meet again the next time I'm at your store.”
“Whatever you don't ever go to this tire place to rent a uhaul truck. They are absolutely the worst people to do business with. They charge you what and how they feel like. They put the charge on your credit card although you tell them you are paying in cash. Trust me don't go there.”
“Rented a truck today from a nice rental person, possibly his name is Harry G. The gentleman was professional, polite, courteous and extremely thorough on me understanding the contract. Truck was almost brand new in great condition and everything went outrageously smoother than previous U-Haul rentals at the Gardena location. Without a doubt I would rent from this location in a heartbeat.”
