Would give less than 1 star if I could. Searched for someone to help me for a good 5-10 mins until finally finding someone who told me to go to the register to ask for help. So I did that and the woman asked someone on her radio to come help me and told me to meet them in the Nars isle as that’s where I was hoping someone could help me out. I waited about it 10 mins and no one ever came. Tried to get the attention of a sales associate that was walking by, she looked quickly at me then avoided eye contact and sped up walking away. At that point I was frustrated and didn’t even want to buy what I had been able to find on my own so I left. Probably one of the worst customer experiences of my life, don’t come here.

Ashley was the absolute best! She did such an amazing job with my hair for my graduation!! Super sweet, polite, and hardworking! The store was also super clean and welcoming! Highly recommend!

It was my first time at this location. I went to the hair salon got an appointment same day. I initially had black hair with a peekaboo highlight. However, I decided to make a change and undergo a color correction process since I had black box dye. In my first session, Veronica achieved to a reddish-brown shade. I'm obsessed. But I have a phot shoot coming up and in my second session on May 8, 2024, I'm excited to achieve my desired golden brown look. You can see the transformation of my hair, including the initial black with a peekaboo highlight, on my Instagram page at jenniferoelvir. I'm really thankful for Veronica's expertise and guidance throughout this hair transformation journey. If your trying to go lighter I highly recommend Veronica.

I wish I can give a 0 star! I had an appointment with Tiffany to blend in my highlights she did a good job although left my hair darker than before after I told her I loved the color I had it was very light. Not only that but I literally got in my car and cried ! She said she was going to take some weight off my hair I said no it's ok then she said it looks like a mushroom (she hadn't even styled it) and she said she'd show me. I gave in and said ok. When I tell you guys she was cutting so much, so fast!!! I instantly regretted it! She had someone else waiting and it was late, but then don't pressure someone to get a cut when you are not going to do it correctly! I cry ever since day I look at my hair ! I look like I don't have any hair ! I really regret going !!!

Ulta. I contacted customer service the day it happened. As soon as I got into my car, I filed a complaint with customer service. The agent assured me as a person of color also, he would mark my complaint as urgent. Your response to my review is the first response I've received from this company since it happened. But I will reach out again.
