This is one of the greatest locations I’ve been too, my office is actually pretty close to this locationAnd all of the people there are great, but Amy is absolutely fantastic, she has helped me with some problems. I have had sending things back to Amazon as I receive and ship packages 3 to 4 times a week there.I am extremely happy with that store, and especially AMY, and she always has a very outgoing personality, very knowledgeable of her job and quick to respond. She is amazing.

UPS Gardena and Old Navy both verified three times that my Christmas packages were delivered to this UPS Access Point. One item of 10 were given to me by this store, while many packages were visible on the shelf where that one item was found. The sales representatives, though nice, just looked online and said the packages had not arrived, after three attempts to retrieve my packages. None of the sales representatives bothered to physically look for the packages for me. After reading the reviews of this store and the fact that 9 items were lost here, I will never use this UPS access point again.

What a fantastic experience. Amy went above and beyond to make my drop off and deliveries as easy as possible. And even when I was being a newb, she was so patient and helped me in the right direction.

Great friendly serviceI had to write this in response to several bad reviews that I read. I do not want to discount anybody else’s experience, but rather just put mine into the mix.My parents got a box here after years of dealing with mishandled mail from the 90277 post office. Their mail has never been mishandled by this UPS store.Then, with the advent of Amazon, it was even better because our packages are always safe, whereas the people in our gated complex are still getting theirs stolen after all these years.So the functionality is great!Now for the service: we have always been treated with respect by all employees who work here. They know us by name and face.Even though my parents come to the store without me and Vice Versa, they know the whole family and will let me know if my parents picked up packages earlier that day.The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have done things such as: let me use a little bit of tape instead of making me buy a whole roll, carried super heavy packages out to my car, allowed me to come get packages at basically 6:59 PM when by all rights, they could have told me they were closed, and waited past closing time for my man to arrive so he could take home a huge 75-pound package for me (Autonomous convertible desk).They email my dad whenever packages are delivered, and since I don’t receive the emails, I can just call and they’ll tell me.However, they’ve worked it out with my parents so that I am now receiving text alerts whenever we get packages, so that’s great!I really do hate that a human doesn’t answer the phone at first. You have to listen to the whole menu if you forget which button to push for a human.Now you know this isn’t a fake review since I put some criticisms in here, too.My parents and I are pleased as punch with this store and we expect to be using their services for decades to come.

Location on avenue I is not very caring I had two packages go missing and all they could say oh well call there # 800 and file a missing packages complaint and this packages have tracking numbers on them insured mail and paid priority delivery and I was e-mailed a confirmation number verifying my packages were delivered and I came down to pick them up and the girl and guy there said you're packages aren't here I have 3 verifications confirmation my packages would be there

I appreciate that you never make your team members feel belittled even when they ask the simplest questions. You're eager to help, and you're exceptional at mentoring when people need advice. Brought two products to return with the one and only label provided by manufacturer, but employee refused to put them together in a bigger box unless I paid for it when it's meant to be a free return. He also smirked and got smart telling me that it's a mfg problem when I'm at UPS now, like I didn't understand the situation or issue. Unfortunately for UPS it's him that doesn't seem to understand, from the customer perspective the return shipping is a process and contract between the mfg and UPS; all I care about is that it's free and works as stated. So it doesn't matter which end of the process caused the problem when the other end could easily solve it. Do better with your customer service and don't get sarcastic like you know better or are smarter.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Horrible customer Serivce! I have a P.O Box at this location. I had an incoming package, so I went to the counter and asked for my package. The guy gave me the package. He didn't know me and didn't even bother to ID me!!! Then asked him for an overnight UPS box (they are complimentary) and he asked me for a label!! This guy has zero common sense! I told him the label is in my car and that I need the box to ship my package. He didn't give me the box until I had told go to my car and show him the label!!! I couldn't believe this!!! I am a client of this store, he knows that cause he got my package. I am spending close to $400 for the box and this guy is asking me to go and show him the label first until he gives me the box!! Horrible service! It all comes down to the owner of this store! No common sense!

I visited on a stressful weekday, 30 minutes before close, and needed to process an urgent return. Alex C. made it easy. When I thanked them for taking care of everything, they smilingly replied with “it’s why I’m here!” I was grateful for Alex’s help and cheeriness.

This is my go-to location and had an absolutely great experience with Amy today at the front desk. With a laptop shipping deadline of this week, I needed to get it out quickly - but she was kind enough to advise me of a perfect shipping window timeframe for half the price. That sort of honesty goes a long way with me and it earned my repeat future business!Also had a couple Amazon returns as I was passing through, and they were expertly handled with a smile as well! Great location for UPS + Amy was awesome to work with!
