I don't know what it is about postal workers not wanting to do their job, but this place is a prime example of it. I was in line behind a few people, and one person in front of me had a large stack of envelopes to mail. They opened a second window because that person was taking a while to finish. When I handed the worker my packages. She said next time I should go to another post office with this many packages. I asked why, and I guess if there's a line she can only scan 4 of my packages. I had about 10, pre labeled. I just shook my head because I'm tired of arguing with these lazy people on made up policies they have, and would rather sit and do nothing than help a customer. They're not worth my time to argue with so I got my receipt and left, and just want to give a warning to everyone else to not go here because who knows what else they'll refuse to do.

Terrible. Very disgruntled employees here. Too lazy to restock basic, everyday forms or supplies. Then get snippy when you ask if there’s any in the back. If you hate your government job so much maybe find something else.

Short haired older African American woman wouldn’t give me her name gave me the worst service !! I go there regularly and was trying to do an Amazon return instead of telling me she couldn’t do it she yelled at me. Told me I had to buy a certain package to ship my item then denied to ship my item and tried to make me still pay for the package. Even customers in the line had to say something to her. She was very rude and before I entered she was having another altercation. She didn’t even help the other workers ring anyone up she was just standing in the back causing problems. I will be calling to usps everyday to get her name. The fact she treated me this way and I witnessed her treat someone else the same way within 10 minutes is ridiculous! Just because she’s having a bad day not everyone deserves to deal with it.

It was a horrible horrible experience here because of the employee Dominique. She even left during the conversation. She said it is not her job to explain to the customer the process of sending mail from the old address to a new address. Yelling me and don’t listen to me. She raised her voice first and scolded me to be calm. Ridiculous she did first. She keeps repeating, “It is not our job,” you need to listen to me…”. I visited there three weeks ago with my ID and the mail I received to inform them that I had returned home from another city and changed my address to get all my mail from my old address. I did the same processing when I went out to another city. So, I need to reverse that process again. But I haven’t heard any explanation from them. So I needed to visit again, and she showed up and kept saying that it was not her job. If it is not her job, who would… employee Dominique thinks it is my job to know about the mail service instead of their job. Dominique was not properly doing her job. No leadership. Much better, another employee try to explain to me than Dominique. Horrible employee Dominique!!!!!!!! Also, she ran away and said she would call the police. So funny. I was waiting for her to come back to finish the conversation. But her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Yes. She should not be there as a leader. It was very rude and lacked professionalism. Because she said, it was not her job to explain it to the customer. I would give a thumbs up to another lady trying to explain to me even though I did not understand why they made me visit there again.

Has the worst customer service out of all post offices in the area. I showed their so called “Manager” the policy they have for mailing certain packages and parcels and she did not care and said theres nothing she can do. Then we have the smart mouth employee with glasses making smart remarks about me as if we couldn't hear her from across the room saying that the policy they have doesn't matter because she got trained a certain way. Then proceeds to use the analogy that if a store front says its closes at 7pm online but they close at 5pm then whatever the internet says doesn't matter. Now i may be wrong but that is considered false advertisement.

If you put a box in the drop off window without asking for a receipt, it won't get scanned. Whats the point of tracking or having scanners if you don't use them. Post office, supervisors, etc. all say it is what it is. They say the Catalina location has more staff to scan. Like just removing the usps tracking system and call it in Gods hands and save us all the time and frustration. If you sell on eBay or Mercari be aware, if the post office doesn't scan it in time your customers will be mad. If you are OK not having a package scanned until the day it's out for delivery then go for it.

The worst customer service ever!!! Every time I come here is a disaster! They give attitude and don't touch a thing or answer ur questions!! This is for the girl who was working right now today!beyond rude and not helpful at all!!
