This place is awful. The service reps are incompetent. This is an authorized locations but not a real Verizon store. I am writing this review as I stand in the store dealing with nonsense. Trust me, save yourself the hassle and go to the store at Del Amo.

If I could give a minus I would. We have had it with Verizon! We have been lied to, mislead and overcharged and we are done. Closing our account and going with Spectrum and will add phones to our existing account and save some $$

customer service in this location doesn’t know anything! they said they ported my old number and then after a month they changed the number to whatever number they want! imagine having your number changed without you knowing! worst part is i even paid them for their help to port! go somewhere else!

Dropped my phone yesterday and completely shattered it. Cristal helped me figure out my options and was able to get a new phone on the spot. Had great conversation & she set up my new phone for me with no problems! Was a quick and easy process - in and out before my lunch break was over!

If you need to switch to a new phone or switch over to Verizon, come see Micah and Jesus! Micah has been amazing with helping us switch over from Tmobile to Verizon. He has made the process so much easier for us and we did not have to stress it at all. He’s very thorough with his job and will walk you through the entire process of transfer patiently. Honestly we will come back to him every time we need to upgrade to a new phone. We saw him bombarded with customers and still made sure everyone was satisfied.

The service was okay until it wasn't. When I went to the store to upgrade my phones I was helped by one of the associates that was also taking care of her baby. In one hand she was holding the baby and processing my request with the other hand. Due to her lack of attention as her kid was crying the whole time, she messed up with my account leading to a huge billing nightmare. 6 months later I'm still trying to get it resolve. I have called Verizon every month wasting no less than an hour on the phone every month and have not been able to get this resolve. This is extendedly frustrating, I have been a loyal customer for Verizon for multiple years and have never experience something like this.

I would never recommend this location. I came in because I needed a new SIM card. I was told I needed to pay $50 for a new SIM card. While I was there I decided to call another Verizon store to confirm the pricing and was told that SIM cards are free. On the phone I was also told about an option for an ESIM when I asked the individual helping me in the store about the ESIM he said "yeah that's an option." If he knew about that option why would he recommend I pay $50 for a SIM card???? Wasted my time and tried to steal my money. I will never go back to this store!

The young man gave excellent customer service. I will give him 10 stars. If I could explain everything he went over everything and he made sure that my device was set up correctly kudos to him.

Great workers but change your hours if you won't open at 9am. still locked doors at 9:40am. change your hours online so customers don't have to waste their time coming to a closed store. Was also a worker inside the store but doors still locked. Just wanted to drop off an old phone. Frustrating.

I lost my phone and wanted to get a new one. I went to this store based on the good reviews from google. I ordered a pixel 6a, and upfront costs were $260.First issue is that I asked if the accessories (screen protector, case, charger) and were free, employee said they all came “bundled” with the $260. Although this is technically true, it was incredibly misleading as they didn’t explicitly state that the accessories were optional, and did not need to be included.After a few weeks I decided to return my phone. This is where the second issue comes in. It takes over an hour to process the return. If the time wasn’t frustrating enough, it’s here that I learned that I couldn’t get a refund for the $75 dollar screen protector and $65 dollar case. After all was said and done, I spent $260 to use a phone for 3 weeks and I was refunded $0.35 cents.Overall super disappointed with the experience. After this, I guarantee it’s cheaper and easier to buy a phone from a manufacturer and transfer the Verizon SIM to the new phone (which is free) than having to deal with these stores that just make money off of restocking, service fees, and lifetime warranty costs for cases and protectors.An additional edit: I returned my google pixel and they failed to cancel my payment. Seriously, worst experience ever.

I came in this morning to get a new phone, and Jesus helped me right away. It was an easy process and he was very helpful! I was in and out in 25 minutes with no issues! Highly recommend coming here.
