Jay helped me back in August to set up my business account. I had went to a different branch the month before, and the lady wasn't helpful at all. Very vague on what I needed to open my business account. I set up an appointment at the Wells Fargo Riviera Village location and Jay helped me and made it a breeze! He was also super helpful with how to proceed to merchant services and helped me with all questions I had during our appointment. Smart, friendly, and efficient. Thanks again Jay!

The worst experience ever. Lady who works there was more busy cleaning her desk than helping me. The she stood up and walked me to the door. Horrible. The employees' attitude is horrible. I'll change my bank asap

I have had the WORST experience ever with Wells Fargo in general and specifically this branch. After closing my account without notice, it has been weeks to finally get an appointment to open a new one. Upon arrival, the branch manager, Stan, told me the banker had to run out for an emergency and would I mind sitting and waiting!! When I asked if anyone else could help me (such as HE, the manager) I was told to sit and wait or they could call me when she got back. I left and have not been contacted by anyone there at all (hours later). Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Needless to say, I will open my business account elsewhere and take all of my (many) other Wells Fargo accounts with me!

If your black don't even waste your time. Racist employees here with bad vibes. They declined me depositing money into my account even tho I have a account with them. The old white man that shakes is definitely one and the male manager with black hair name gamal is definitely racist. Do not waste your time or energy if you black. 0 stars out of 5 for sure. Update I just left Wells Fargo less than 10 min away from this location and was able to deposit money into my account which proves my theory that this branch definitely has racist people working here. I'm filing a complaint as we speak because no one should be denied their own banking services because of their skin color.

There is no line up today, that's so cool, usually they are busy every day.It is very convenient to come to the bank.

The bank is in the supermarket, although it is not easy to find, but it is often very busy, but their speed is very fast, the key is that the staff inside is really friendly, always friendly to help me solve banking problems. Thanks to them。

I like how convenient it is that there is a Wells Fargo opened on Sundays; however, there is a very rude teller "Ania". She gives not only me attitude but others as well and I know how this job is because I was a teller for Wells Fargo myself, but one thing I learned was to always put a smile regardless how your day is. She is constantly rolling her eyes and just eye balling people which is not professional.

I came to this location on a Sunday morning around 11am when all the other branches in the area were closed. It's not obvious at first to see that the bank is located inside of the supermarket. The teller was able to assist me quickly and efficiently. Service here is okay at best.

Ania at this in store location was amazingly courteous and charming and patient despite there being 83,000,000 people doing their banking that day.

An F for customer service. We came in 20 min before closing and they refused to help us open a checking account. When we asked how long it takes, she said 30 min. So you won't spend an extra 10 min to help a potential new customer?

I was hesitant visiting the small location but don't underestimate it! It has been quite some time that I've inquired about any financial services but Lexi and Isabel made it painless and easy. My questions were answered and they guided me on what best fit my needs. I was very pleased with the exceptional service they provided. Thank you ladies for your help!

Conveniently located in the Von's Market on Inglewood Blvd. in Redondo Beach, this branch is open on Sundays. Today, there was a line, but with 4 tellers serving customers, it moved pretty quickly. I'm not sure if they can perform all transactions like a regular branch, but I've had no problem making deposits or withdrawals here. Convenient hours and locations are the primary reasons I'm still a Wells Fargo customer.
