Guy at the front desk not exactly friendly, but Steve, the guy who does the actual repairs, is lovely. He not only agreed to fix my shoes in time for dinner, but did it with a smile. Old school customer service. The shop is cool, too.

I brought in my 6-year-old pair of Thursday boots. The heel needed to be replaced and they also needed a shinning. Very pleased! Steven gave these boots a new life-- I'll be back. Highly recommend.
