I always come here when I need to ship something that's not USPS. I've gotten great customer service everytime. They have lots of boxes and packing supplies like peanuts and tape and everything else. From a 4 X4 in. Box to a 3 X 3 in box. They offer PO boxes as well but I havent used them. They close early, around 3 30 PM so make sure you get there early. The UPS delivery goes out at 215 PM everyday.

I won't be going back. I sent something very valuable and the person at the front desk never gave me an official form to fill out, just a scrap piece of paper. So I didn't claim the value and she never asked if I wanted the receiver to sign for it which I forgot to ask so of course the package was stolen or lost. I'm still not sure because FedEx said it was delivered then said it was lost. Basically the front desk lady should've given me a form where you put the value and asked if I wanted a required signature. I forget so they blamed me. I take blame for sure but it would've been nice to have appropriate help at the desk.

This is by far, the worse customer service I've experienced in years. The woman working was horrid & had so much attitude & incredibly un-inviting... kinda scary. She was loudly complaining talking to herself b*tching and very annoyed before I even spoke with her. She seemed miserable at 10am. Why someone like this has a job interacting with people, makes no sense. I told her I needed copies of a packet for my lawyer & the few pages in color need to be duplicated in color. The overpriced copies she made were useless... my lawyer asked me to re-send copies. She did the color pages in black & white but also, she cut off pieces, copied crookedly & completely missed sections. At Staples, I made the copies myself for half the price. So much for supporting small local biz's.

DO NOT USE!! THEY STEAL MAIL!!

DO NOT USE!! THEY STEAL MAIL!! If you want to have your mail stolen then go here. The angry older looking lady opens the boxes and takes anything of value. You'll know the woman I'm talking about when you go in. We had used them for 8 years, But when we cancelled our box there, I told my sister-in-law in Sacramento about it who works for the government. Turns out they are under investigation for more than stealing mail. Email me if you want the details. I should've stopped using them a long time ago. Here's a few things they said "fell out" of my packages: Gift cards during the holidays, passport right before I needed to travel, important documents with personal information, Soooo many Amazon purchases I can't even keep track, birthday cards with as little as 20 dollars in them. All they do is blame it on the usps in town. But when you go ask the local branches in town, they roll their eyes as if its common knowledge what they're doing up at Pigmint. Written March 15, 2020
