We broke down on the side of the road and Redway in South County automotive took us in the very next day and fixed our serpentine belt got us back on the road within two hours. They stopped everything they were doing to wait on us. I would say that’s amazing customer service, we are in gratitude !

We were on a road trip when a sensor failed and put our car into limp mode. Even though it was memorial day the mechanic agreed to see us and took a reading and cleared the code allowing us to get the car home. We would have been in a tight spot without his help. Very grateful.
