Great customer service, my friends have bought plenty of United States Postal Service money orders here. $1000 limit on each one, no limit to amount you can buy, if you get under $3000 a day they don't ask for your ID so your purchase is completely anonymous. Get over $3000 in a day and they ask for your ID and record that information. They have a money counter so can count big stacks of $20 bills in nothing flat and they never bat an eye. The number of people buying multiple $1000 money orders was shockingly high a few years ago, not like that anymore....

i go here about 10 minutes after they open so i dont have to deal with lines and customer service is great but the labels on some of the po boxes are ripped off including mine so its kind of hard to find

I avoid this post office because they refuse to do a very simple thing to help keep customers safe from covid. They have the option to keep the lobby doors propped open for better air circulation and they refuse to do so.Hundreds of people per day are forced to touch the door handles and breathe the stagnant air in there.It would be so easy to change that by propping the doors open. Customers have given them door stops and they refuse to use them.The garberville post office has their door propped open all the time, so we go there now instead.

Packages say delivered and available in poBox but they never are. When they guarantee delivery time and say it’s delivered but it’s not is pretty messed up for people that drive a long ways into town for packages that day delivered

Extremely slow. Will receive a notification my package was scanned and delivered or ready for pickup at my PO Box then when I come to town 6 hours later I get the run around about how it hasn't been sorted. They are a small post office in a small town, be patient and give them a couple hours!

I can't help but be disturbed by the two very negative reviews posted here about a wonderful group of public employees. I've been in this community for over 35 years now and have never in all that time had a negative experience personally at our Redway Post Office. I have though seen some very negative events happen there and it usually has to do with people who themselves are rude, uninformed or simply ignorant to the fact that they themselves are not the center of the universe. I've seen our postal employees deal with insults in a gracious manner, much more graciously than I would have dealt with such. These employees are members of the community and good hearted persons all.

Most of the workers are rude except for maybe 1 of them....they have trouble finding the packages that say they have arrived via online.....they do minimal work and usually close the doors 45 minutes early....and there has been multiple times where packages are delivered and they put a parcel slip in my box but then they can't find the package....very bad service

They make there own rules the lobby is looked when ever they can't get around to opening it and living were the is no mail carrier it makes picking up your mail almost in posable if you work for a living and the man that works the corner is vary RUDE
