Great guys all around, I recently bought a van from them. They have honest prices and are super helpful. Reliable mechanics!

I took my car here because I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. I was next door at Benz Auto body for repairs to the bumper/light when my car stopped running. Glad I was in the area lol. When I walked in the gentleman was very nice. I left my car there overnight and the next day they called me and told me what was wrong with. It actually felt they were being fair with pricing and they also informed me that my car will be ready by the end of the day, which was perfect. This car is actually for my daughter to get back-and-forth to high school, so I need it to be in good working condition. My car runs like a beauty now!! I have found my new location for repairs and I definitely recommend service. I have two other vehicles that I will now have repairs done at this location. Thank you!!

Bought a used 2000 bmw 323i from Amana and she runs like a dream, just as well as my current 2023 Toyota Camry! Cosmetically it was in decent condition but the mechanical part was the most important when I was looking for a used car. Super happy with the purchase! They even did a free wheel alignment for me when I told them I wasn’t happy about the crooked steering wheel.

I was on my way to buy a 2001 Honda CRV when I totaled my current car. When I got to the shop they allowed me to take the CRV home and call handle the total later. Wonderful staff who are kind and easy to work with.

Let me preface by saying that the work I wanted performed on my vehicle appears to have been done reasonably well, but overall my experience here was quite subpar. When I called on the phone to let them know I was bringing my vehicle in to have something fixed, the person on the other end sounded tired and upset. When I brought my vehicle in, the key drop is an unmarked slot cut into the wood. Definitely didn’t feel good about leaving my vehicle key there. When I arrived at the lobby to pick up my vehicle, there was nobody there. I had to call the business phone number, and wait several minutes for anyone to show up.The lobby is a total mess, even by mechanics shop standards (and I’ve been to a lot!). When I handed over my credit card to pay, the employee could not find the credit card reader, asked if I would use Venmo or Zelle, and ultimately entered my card manually.Overall this has been a pretty off putting experience, and it’s very unlikely I will be returning.

I have to change my review. It was an honest mistake in sure. We bought a van and it broke down a couple days later. Come to find out the gas gauge doesn't work. It ran out of gas. It was an honest mistake but it could have been a costly one being that it was tagged by PD. Details matter when selling a car even the lil ones. You get a 3 star only because it could have been really bad. No harm no foul.

Bought my '99 Miata from Amana Auto & they are great! They did a lot of work on the car to sell it & w/ just a few problems I needed them to check out later, Amhad & Fadi were a huge help - they are very responsive to making sure everything is taken care of. They want to make sure their customers are happy!

I have been coming to Ahmad at Amanda auto for about 10 years. He has always provided great service with competitive prices. He fixes our cars (small stuff as well as replacing new transmission)He always did a a great job. He also does great collision work. I had a couple of accidents needing significant body work. My car looked as good as new when he was done. He is easy to work with, friendly and the best mechanic I ever had. I also worked with him and he helped me to sell my car at a good price. He and his employees wear masks and I felt safe in his office. He is the BEST!!

My younger daughter got a job in Portland and needed a car to get her up there. We were looking in the $5k-8k range, and Ahmad and Fhaddi had a nice selection at that price point. My daughter wanted a 2002 Outback for $5k and this car had less than100k miles and looked good, so we bought it. By the time we got home, the engine light was on. I checked the codes and reset and it came back. I call Ahmad and he asks us to drive it back down and he'll fix it. I don't imagine the margins on a $5k car are great, but Ahmad stuck with the car, checked the catalytic converter, replaced the O2 sensor and put a lot of time into the car. My daughter had a job (like unicorns for recent college grads in this economy) and had to get up to Portland on a deadline, and Ahmad turned himself inside out to make it work. In the end, the car is running well. Ahmad and Fhaddi fixed whatever was causing the engine light to go on, and they stood behind the car they sold us. And through the process they were flexible, kind, and wanted us to have a good experience. They get big points for their customer service, their auto selection, their prices, and their fairness overall.

I was having trouble shifting gears in my 2012 Ford Fiesta, so I took it to the Ford dealership for an estimate. They charged me $200 for diagnostics and then told me it would cost $2,800 to $2,900 to actually fix my car. So, I thought I would get another estimate and called up Amana Auto. Long story short, I was able to get the original problem fixed as well as getting new brake pads (which I knew would need replacing soon) for a total of $2,000. $900 cheaper than the original estimate. I've been driving the car for about a month now and it's been perfect. I feel really lucky to have found Amana Auto. The staff was really easy to work with and they communicated everything they wanted to do. I've already been recommending this shop to my friends and will definitely be using them in the future.

This place is the best, literally. I've come here 3 times over the past couple of years. I was worried because I had been using the same mechanic for years (yes, my car is from 2001). Ahmad has made finding a new mechanic a pleasure. He's super knowledgeable on VW's. I know my car is old and other mechanics have made me think it's worthless and needs tons or work. Ahmad has never tried to up sell me services I don't need. The last time I went in because the check engine light came on. It seemed like it was misfiring, but the next day when I drove in, the car was running fine. Ahmad checked the code and said he it was probably fine and that unless the light come back on in the next day, it probably didn't need work. He was right, it's been 2 months, the car runs fine and the check engine light has not returned. He's a true gem. If you need a mechanic who will be straight will you go see Ahmad at Amana Auto. You won't be dissappointed.
