The gas station clerk (JAGGA) refused to turn the air on, even though it’s a CALIFORNIA LAW to provide air to all drivers, and instead tried charging me $2 for air which is ILLEGAL. Part of the Business and Professions Code (Section 13651)

This is the stupidest gas station ever its 11:25 and the pumps are not even on. Wth? If i could give negative stars i would! Why in the freakin heck are they off?
