Good customer service. Well trained in everything they have. Except for home internet and the free stuff they offered. Didn't get any of it except for a $25 gift card. But I can't complain too much since the internet is good.

I had an amazing experience with supreme customer service with Manuel. It took some time and a lot of trouble shooting to resolve my issue. Manuel was patient and never wavered from being both professional and friendly! I would come back to this store for any FirstNet AT&T assistance just because Manuel had left such an impression on me. Thank you, Manuel! I hope Manuel’s boss notices my Kudos- and shares this with Manuel’s peers as a shining example of superior customer service, professionalism, and patience.

Just went to this store for a replacement phone because my husband took his phone for a swim. The service was fantastic! We were in and out in an hour. We witnessed a very bad scene caused by an unreasonable customer who kept trying to argue with the service provider. Then her husband got involved and they were yelling at the supervisor. He kept his calm and asked them to go to another store. Very volatile and rude customers!!!

Rudest service I’ve ever experienced. Can’t believe they employ such crooks.Manuel and Paul (the assistant store manager) lied to us about the iPhone trade-in deal and quoted a price higher than other stores and the online price.When we asked them about why there was a price difference between their quote and AT&T online, they said if we got a phone from their store, we were forced to buy the optional insurance. They said they wanted to get the commission, and we could cancel it next month if we wanted. When we told them we didn’t want the insurance, Paul said we could get out of the store and buy it somewhere else. All the store employees backed him on the initial lie, and then doubling down on it when they were exposed.I’m raising an official complaint against them, but for anyone reading this, try another store if you don’t want to be manipulated and lied to.

Went in to return a phone cover that I purchased with a new phone and a lot of accessories about 3 wks ago. No return policy printed on the receipt. Worker checked with boss and said "it's a 14 day return policy." I asked to speak to manager. I asked where it was posted -(NOWHERE obvious and NOT on the receipt) It is in tiny writing on a desk where most people sit to do their order.....the day I was there it was so busy (2.5 hrs wasted) I never even got to sit at the desk to do my order I stood or sat on a stool across the room. Ridiculous! Go somewhere else where the honestly Post the Return policy for people to see and care about the customer !

The service in this particular store can be awful. I understand it depends on who takes your case, but it was awful to wait for an hour, and that my turn wasn't respected.

Roberto was so friendly and helpful! We needed to trade in an old iPhone for a new one, and he helped us quickly, got everything set up, applied a new screen protector. Very easy!
