Customer service is very good not quite sure on how they do things behind the front door but I'll find out when my product gets done in a couple weeks.

Excellent product, excellent service. We had 30 Super 8 reels from 1965 to 1981 converted to mp4 files. We will be back to convert the remaining 180 reels.
