He ordered a new bumper and stayed in regular contact with the manufacturer to navigate some frustrating delays, always keeping us updated with timely texts.
Once the bumper arrived, James did an outstanding job with the repair and paintwork. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the first replacement bumper, so he took it upon himself to order a new one, refit it, and repaint it, all without us needing to push for anything. “I would give Jesus 5 stars plus for top quality body work he did. Additionally, he overheard me having difficulty getting picked up by Enterprise down the street, and offered to run me over there. He was outstanding in both his technical expertise and customer service.
The administrative part of the operation is less efficient. After I got the quote, I had some other things going on that caused me to have to delay bringing the car in. I got bombarded by phone calls from the office until I finally said "don't call me...I'll schedule when I am ready." I expected to get my car back on a Fri., but got a text messages saying it would be ready the following Tues., which would have required a longer car rental. I called and found that this was an erroneous message. However, the next day I got the same inaccurate text again. When I went to pick up my car, I had to find the key and the paperwork for the desk person. Halfway home, I got a call: "We forgot to get the deductible." I had to turn around and go back. They do great body work, but the office needs improvement.”

“Had my car fixed at this place. Knowing nothing about cars, I was so glad Benz Collision and my AAA insurance handled it. Staff are very amiable. Jackie at reception was very approachable. They took the car in on a Monday and I drove it home by Friday! I love how they sent automated updates throughout the week and on the day of the scheduled pick up, Jackie called to let me know if it will be done on time as scheduled. They had the most reasonable rates after having brought the car to two other places prior.
Didn’t know you can drop off your car rental here (if you’re car insurance covers it) then switch cars! One-stop shop! Benz Collision works with AAA car insurance and came highly recommended by AAA themselves!

“Amazing shop and owner! We had a very stressful last minute issue right before leaving for a trip with our trailer, and even though the shop was closed Louis picked up the phone and still offered to help us. He stayed late to wait for us, helped us when we got lost, and was overall extremely generous and kind. When we got there, he figured out the issue fixed it that evening, and was perhaps even too fair with the price. You can tell he is great at what he does and cares about his customers and just wants to help them. Definitely recommend coming here! Big plus for having one of the sweetest shop dogs.”
“I had a great experience with Manny and Erika at Quality, for a paint job to cover scuffs in my front and rear. Two other shops tried to upsell me into a job involving removing the bumper to paint a small patch, Manny painted at a lower price and restored the finish to looking brand new. Would definitely use again, and recommend.”
