Bay Area Self Storage Redwood City is a dry and safe storage facility for keeping belongings. The building is not climate controlled but is well kept and very clean. It is not usually busy, making it easy to park in a loading spot. They have several large platform carts with wheels to easily move items from your car. The units on the top floor have a large vertical size, offering a better deal. The staff are friendly, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, super nice, and courteous. They are helpful in deciding what size unit is needed and inform customers of important information. The facility has good prices, though there have been past concerns about price matching between online and in-person rates that were later corrected. Overall, it is a highly recommended place where many feel they made the right choice.
Melanie helped me get set up quickly and was very accommodating with our storage needs. The process was easy and the facility is clean and secure.

Melanie, is so wonderful. I stay at this facility because of her. I have been here for 20+ years. She has been the best person during this time. Always helpful, friendly and a joy to work with. I have 5 units. I have changed to different units many times. Melanie has made it easy.
