Terrible customer service, spoke to the manager Brenda, she was rude explaining procedures after I had some questions about a large deposit. She acted like they were doing me favor, no hi/hello or thank you afterwards for banking with us…will be moving my money to another bank.

Unfortunately the ATMs are not suitable for depositing. I tried 10 times in many ways early and nothing, I had to wait for them to open.You expect a friendly response from the workers and ask why they are not useful? and the cashier replied sarcastically “we already put in a ticket” I hope I don't ruin your day. I thought wow! What's wrong with these people? But No. They didn't ruin my Day, thank God. This review is to draw the attention of all of them. If you pay for a service it has to work. Because what works… works!What doesn't work..It doesn't work!!

internet website is terrible. About every other week the site says I am using a different device or setting and requires verification with a code. But talked to customer service 4 X to put in my number not listed even though I have gone in person to enter it

Chase stole contents from our safe-deposit box. Chase took over my mother's bank where we had accounts and a safe deposit box. Due to her illnesses, we hadn't visited the branch for awhile, but always paid the fees and maintained active accounts. When we finally went to check the contents, we noticed the building had been remodeled and the vault moved. There were two boxes with our number, but our key didn't work in either one. I had to come back so they could drill open the locks and both boxes were empty. We then found out that the bank had decided our box belonged to someone else who had not paid their fees, opened it and sent everything to the State of California as unclaimed property. Fortunately we were able to get some property back, but when we did, sealed envelopes had been opened during the bank's inventory. Many of these items had our names on them, but the bank never checked to see those names linked to other accounts at the bank, and that we had fully paid for the box. No employees, nor the manager apologized for their negligence, or the inconvenience and loss of privacy. Safe deposit boxes are not safe at Chase Banks.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER FRANK OR FRED THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT TO DEPOSIT MY INHERITANCE CHECK INTO IT!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? I was told I was not allowed to open a bank account "just for that". Wow. Don't ever do business here. There was a reason we closed out all our accounts years ago.

Doesn't seem to be the center of town but it is. Excellent service and good attitude among all the employees. Glad this is center of town location.

This branch is terrible. Their customers are not their priority at all. If you call, no one will answer, if you go in,they're all playing games on their computers or picking their nose and still have too much to do to help you.

Not really a fan of this location because the parking is hard to get in and out of especially during peak hours on Fridays when they close off the other entrance due to closing the streets for festivities. I hate driving here getting in and out of the lot can be a headache especially when there's cars going in and out and pedestrians all over the place. Go during non peak hours and you should be golden!

So came in today to deposit a large amount. I asked the teller if I could speak to a banker about possibly moving another amount over to Chase. There was absolutely NO one else in there just myself, and the banker (Monika) who I was directed to was so rude and didn't want to take a minute to discuss anything with me. What a shame that these people are who chase uses to represent their bank. I will be removing my business account, savings and checking from Chase withing two weeks.
