Great yoga studio and has one of the largest rooms in the chain. Place is clean and staff is personable. Quite honestly surprised by the negative reviews. The studio was shut down for a few months bc it got flooded, that can't be helped. And I've found the on-site staff to be quite helpful with whatever they're empowered to do. This studio overall has solid instructors. But I noticed at every studio, there are a select few instructors that do more than the required and put in a little extra oomph. At the Redwood City location, I highly recommend taking Glo's and Jessica H's classes where they tend to do that. They bring warm energy and greatly appreciate their adjustments!

CorePower, where yoga and customer service GOES TO DIE! These studios are the only ones the seemed to survive the shut down. The instructors are not bad but there is nothing personable or special considering how much their memberships costs. Everything is done via online thru their "customer service" center. The people at the center are unresponsive and have zero customer service/ appreciation but I guess this is what happens when boutique fitness studios go big.

Recently received an email that the studio is closed until end of June earliest, and no mentions on compensation for current paid members or those who have paid for teachers training that starts in June. Emailed the studio with no response and no luck getting a response from the phone number, aside from the call center having routed my case. I totally understand and empathize that unforeseen repairs can happen, but very disappointed with how comms were handled with impacted members. This studio also has a severe ant problem which I hope is what they have closed down to fix.I love core power and hopeful this studio can make it right for their members.

So far I tried the one week free trial and I loved it. Checking in was easy, set up an account online and book a class. Front desk girl is sweet and gave me a tour. Bring your own lock and towel and mat or else you can rent one there. Took a class with Tammy and I forget the other instructors name but they were all great, very knowledgeable and helped me stay motivated through out class. The rooms are heated so prepare to sweat and I like to work out when the temperature is really warm. I went when they had markers on the floor so you were literally shoulder to shoulder with someone . I don't think they have markers anymore on the floor. You also get to use free weights and they mix in strength training into the yoga poses. Can't wait to go back, I think right now they had a leak in the studio, so class was cancelled. But worth the wait. I'm the mean time there are other locations.

Love this place, was looking for a more spacious relaxing place to go for my yoga class while traveling and so far this is the best I have seen in the Bay Area. I booked for yoga sculpt with Robbie and Bronwyn and they're both excellent instructors. This will be my home base for yoga classes.

By far one of the larger workout studios. I love that the class room is huge. Never do I feel cramped in the room and a lot of room in the locker area. They do clean the place pretty well and organize the weights. And the teachers are amazing with good music and difficult workouts that frequently change Lots of parking in the marsh manor plaza area

It’s a fun class that guarantees a lot of sweat (hot yoga). The variety of classes like yoga sculpt and power flow help to give you cardio and weight training exercises. It is easy to get hooked on the post class endorphin high too?

I love Core Power Yoga! So glad they opened another gym close to San Carlos, where I live. Core Power 2 is the best and Sculpt is a good cardio sweat.

Love this studio. I have started to take classes at this studio last month. Among the classes I have tried so far, Gloria is my favorite, she always demonstrates the pose with clear instructions and also creates a great vibe. I like that the class size is small, usually like 2-4 people, which feels more safe considering the COVID situations. I hope they can add more diver classes with people coming back to the studio, would love to have a Core 2 during weekdays noon :)

There are so many classes, I can always find one that fits my schedule. The teachers all follow a similar approach to the classes, but bring their own personality and favorite more challenging positions. The warmed studios help maximize the stretches. The site is locked during class, which provides safety during the class, but means you can’t be late!

Poor quality, be wary of the scam! I tried this studio using a two week free promotion. I tried their hot power yoga once and the experience was so bad that never went back. After the free trial they charged me for $199 per month without letting me know and they refuse to get me a refund. Total scam!
