They are very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, offering excellent assistance with frame selection and fit without upselling. The frame selection is good, with options for different needs, including for those with a big head or a small face. The quality of the glasses is outstanding. The prices are much less than at many other optical stores, offering significant savings. Service is quick, with glasses often ready within a week. The experience is timely, allowing customers to be in and out efficiently. The center is highly recommended for both glasses and contacts, making it a go-to place for future optical needs.
Michelle and Izabel at the optical center are wonderful. They went above and beyond to fix my glasses that needed repair. They also helped me quickly order my glasses and run it through my insurance. I have been there before this visit and they have always been very helpful.

Great service, professional and timely. Good for both glasses and contacts. I will go back. I think the person complaining about being put on hold for ten minutes is off base.
