I find it awful that they had to move to a new location because they want to build more and more apartment buildings which are unnecessary where they used to be really great businesses, CVS had to move across Woodside Road because they're closing the shopping center where used to be, the new location has not opened yet, but I've moved the map so that it's already located at the new location, the new location from the outside looks stunning and more modern, newer and more beautiful, the big CVS logo, when entering the store with the heart and a photo of all employees is very nice touch

CVS regional managers need to pay a visit to the location. Understaffed, dingy, and expect a 30-45 minute wait for a prescription pick up. Store manager has been told more than once but doesn't help when needed; front counter staff are fine with people waiting in extended lines up. Head to Wlagree

This pharmacy is never open, and they never pick up their phone so you can't call ahead to find out if they're open. Their actual hours do not match their posted hours and they change without notice. When they are open, the lines are very slow as they are dramatically understaffed. The staff is nice and doing their best but corporate has clearly set them up to fail. There's also no bike parking and they yell at you if you try to bring your bike in :(

They had one cashier and no check out. I stood in line with a single item, visibly pregnant and exhausted, while the cashier argued with the gentleman in front of me about the price. After 20 minutes of patiently waiting I asked her very politely if I could please buy the allergy medication I needed as I needed to pick up my toddler and she literally rolled her eyes at me, said "you could if we had a second check out" and then went right back to arguing with the man like nobody else in the world existed. Don't come here unless you have literally no other drugstore options in a 5 mile radius.

Service is abysmal. You could call and be on hold all day long. My insurance company was ohold for one hour, then gave up. They complain of being short-staffed.

This CVS Pharmacy, at 1301 Broadway Redwood City, is awful. They filled a prescription for my husband, for a 30-day supply, and charged $75. I wanted to move the prescription to Costco but CVS would not call Costco back. Finally I had to ask the doctor to write another prescription, this time for Costco. What really took the cake was Costco charged $16 for a 90-day supply! Don't go to this CVS. It's badly run and a ripoff.

There is major construction going on around CVS.Since this started, the power has gone out, flooded and seems to keep happening monthly.Currently, other CVS pharmacy's should be used where the staff is not faced with issues having nothing to do with medication.

Passport photo equipment broken and the employees we're unhelpful (can't really blame them). Kodak moments photo printing kiosks are useless (machine froze up after many attempts to simply print a photo). You're better off going to a Kinkos or somewhere more reputable if you need a photo printed.

I visited Big Al's on Saturday April 30 We planned on bowling with family and friends but to my surprise their bowling shoes were horrible. Asked you several pairs but each of them looked about so before leaving we pointed out concern to management... Too costly for worn out shoes and dirty laces that looked like they had been in the for a very long time. This is not a good way to represent such a vital place families in the community. The coronavirus is real so this became a real health concern for us...

I ordered a photo print online and picked it up at the CVS located at 1301 Broadway in Redwood City, CA. The print was very obviously cut off at the top. This was verified on the preview which is printed and given as part of the order at the register. The cashier agreed that the print did not match the preview and was cut off. I asked for the print to be redone and was told that the only way to have it reprinted would be to order it again, pay for it again and come pick it up again. With no guarantee that it would be printed correctly the second time around. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received.

TL;DR: There was a print error on the photo, quality overall was unacceptable, and the manager refused to print it again.Longer version: Needed to print a photo for an official document. I used the website to send the print job. When I arrived to pick it up, the employee that finally came over to help me had trouble understanding that I already sent a print job and then had trouble working the print station to get it printed. When I got my photo, the quality was awful. I sent I high resolution file and the print looked like it went through a filter. Then I noticed a red line going down a portion of the photo. Unacceptable in general, let alone for an official document. I showed the employee at the checkout what was wrong and she called the employee the originally helped me over. This employee didn't know what to do. I asked if it could be printed again. She went to the area behind the registers and I guess communicated with the manager (wasn't clear how) and turned around to tell me that the manager said "no". I left without a printed photo, feeling like I had just wasted 15 minutes and annoyed at the slow, inexperienced service. Never again.
