One of the guys on site, Charles, helped me out with some questions I had regarding shipping containers, pricing on their forklifts, etc, and he gave me a really helpful response from his inside perspective- no pushy sales or anything, just an honest and helpful overview of how he’d handlemy shipping situation.To me, this is a strong signal of good business and a place I plan to come back to for other forklift rental services.

Best service I have had anywhere. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Adam and the rest of the crew replaced everything that needed to be replaced and found parts no one else could. I bought a scissor lift from them. Never used it for about 3 months. When I went to use it. It didn't work. They send a technician to look at it. The guy charge me for new batteries and charger. Then after that I rented a scissor for 1 month. They forgot about and decide to charge me for 2 months. This company is a complete ripoff. I would never rent or buy from them again. I really hate Shaddy people and businesses.

Had these guys work on one of our forklifts and gave us the highest estimate for a blown head gasket. Contacted another company and saved $800 bucks than what these guys tried to charge. Also they're unorganized and operate slowly. Still need to charge credit cards via phone, file out a work order to get any type of assistance, just a crap company! Go elsewhere.

Adam and his crew are very helpfull and knowledgeable. My company has bought 2 forklifts from them and very pleased with their customer service. The guys are courteous, prompt and really excel in customer service. A fluid line broke at 3pm and within 2 hours they sent out a tech to check it. Didn't have the part to fix that day but tech drove all the way to west sac branch and came back at 8am the next day.

I have not experienced their service but if their work is anything like their drivers beware Do they even train their drivers? I had the unhappy experience of running into one of their aggressive drivers in a van at Union City Blvd. in Union City. Their employee nearly ran my car off the road because he didn't check before switching lanes. He then proceeded to flip me off when I honked at him. After aggressively tailgating me, their driver followed me to my house and sped off. Why did he follow me home? Is he going to do something to my car or house? I cannot believe this company would hire such employees. Your drivers are carrying your name and reputation on the side of their vans. Please tell them to act respectful to your potential customers.

Called Eldorado forklift for a repair. They spent about 10 minutes looking at my forklift for an intermittent no start concern. The mechanic could not verify the concern. He added some coolant and charged $200.00. He fixed nothing and told me the low coolant was probabley the cause. Needless to say this did not fix the problem. I called another forklift company and they fixed the forklift for less than the price Eldorodo charged for doing nothing. 1 star is too much!
