David, the manager of the FedEx store in Redwood City, went above and beyond to ensure that my artwork was successfully delivered to my customer. Unfortunately I had to change the date of the insured package requiring a signature. This caused havoc and confusion. I, on my own ,was not successful in getting assurance from the FedEx corp. that the change would be made. David dogged the situation to make sure it happened. He even called to inform me when the package was finally delivered. I highly recommend this Fedex location for its excellent customer service!

Tony is the absolute greatest!!! He epitomizes the gold standard of customer care. There have been multiple times where I've come in right before closing, unprepared with my boxes not taped up, and feeling so guilty and prepared to just come back the next day instead. But Tony is always so incredibly kind and doesn't make me feel bad at all! If only everyone in the world were like him!

This fedex location is usually fine for whatever services you need, however, when it comes to getting help trying to figure out where your package is, that's another story.Long story short, I requested my package be sent to this location for pickup. It wasn't at that location even though I got a text saying my package was available. That's the fedex system's fault, not that store in particular. I then ask the employee helping me, Joe, where my package is. He says it's at the Menlo Park fedex. I ask to confirm if it's the fedex location by Marsh road, the one on Haven Ave. He says no, it's the one on El Camino and Elk Grove. He specifically says it's at the fedex by the McDonalds. I go there and guess what, my package isn't there. Jessica, the manager of the El Camino and Elk Grove location then shows me on her screen that my package is at the fedex on Haven Ave. Either Joe was extremely careless about what he read on his screen or he intentionally screwed me because it was clear as day to see where my package was based on what Jessica showed me on her screen.

Total Rip off. The employees work extremely hard and try their best with a lot of knowledge and skill but the whole store set up is rigged to take as much money as they can from customers. Don't even try the self serve machines. They'll mess up every time just as they did the last three times I was in the store. They'll charge you extra, and then it will take hours for you to try to get help and to get a refund since they are always understaffed (overworking their employees). Then they will charge multiple times. I got charged 6 times on my credit card including one charge from out of state. It is a long process to try to undo the charges after already wasting two hours trying to do a simple job in the store. Seems like they are crooks basically, so I would not give your credit card to them.

I came here to print some labels for my Etsy store and was really impressed and appreciated the help I received from multiple employees. They were really patient and even re-printed one of my sheets free of charge as the printer used the wrong paper. I've also taken a handful of my FedEx returns here, and they've been handled quickly and politely. I'm a fan of the customer service here!

Ppl how work in this FedEx don’t know anything about their job, I initiated a return to Walmart, dropping the item at this branch is truly a nightmare, the young guy who works has no clue about scanning the QR for simple return. Kindergarten is the highest educational level he ever had.

5 stars for a specific person and his helpfulness: Tony. All the other employees are hit or miss. If I see him there, I know it'll be a smooth transaction.

I went in to ship 2 computers to Dell for recycling. I didn't have a box and the team member went above and beyond to help me find the right size box and most affordable packaging options. He personally packed the items with care and got me on my way in no time. I wish I knew his name so I could give him credit! Excellent customer service thank you!!!
