Not this store in particular, but FedEx itself is one of the most incompetence delivery services I’ve ever seen.I had an expensive package delivered two months ago for my business with essential items for our operations. They did not call the number or anything to let us know they arrived, they just left with the package and it took us two weeks to locate it and get it.This week I had another expensive package, also essential, and their smooth brained driver delivered it to the wrong address completely. I have no idea where it went. Save yourself the headache and just avoid this business. They hire the most incompetent, mouth breathing drivers the world has to offer.

I am A Black Disabled Man who visited this site today to be discriminate for being black and disable I could not get any help from any of the employees. I had asked if I could get some assistance because I only have one hand to used 2 ladies Came after Me and I still couldn’t get any assistance So I left because it was A self Service So I left If anyone Disable and Black you Need to go somewhere else Where your Color of Your Skin and Disabled No Will Ever Come to Assist you. I Will Never Come Back Again!!!

I operate in the OR 6 out of 7 days a week and often work 5am to 7pm. As such, it’s extremely difficult to be present for signed deliveries. I was expecting a bike from Fedex to help get me to the hospital while my car was being used by an international colleague. FedEx couldn’t deliver my bike to my house when I was home. The package was too large to fit in my car. I’ve called FedEx over 10x this past week to find a solution. I contacted managers and spent over 60 minutes trying to get help. I was left with “callbacks” that never came and was becoming extremely frustrated. On a day I got off early, I finally decided to just go to FedEx and build my bike outside the shop. John was a ray of sunshine in this hurricane and went above and beyond. He tried finding the mailman for route to see if delivery at this time was possible. Sadly it wasn’t, but he didn’t stop there. Not only did he unwrap my package (bike), but built my bike, put the wheels in brake pad, and charged the battery. He helped me find a place to pump my tires and sent me on my way (all the while helping other customers coming in the office) 1000/10 service. He is someone who helps those in need. I’ve never experienced so much kindness from a stranger, nonetheless, an employee. I sincerely hope FedEx supports him as much as he has supported me, TREMENDOUSLY

FedEx used to be my preferred shipping service. Unfortunately, in the last few years their service & reliability have degraded significantly. Packages are routinely delayed with little recourse. I now use alternate services whenever possible.

The service is good here. The store is unfortunately overwhelmed with fragrance. Immediately causes a migraine and nausea. If you are sensitive at all, find a different place. Please tone down the fragrance.

A considerate and kind employee by the name of John, went out of his way to help me carry and fully package my box. Definitely went above and beyond in his customer service!
