They will try to sell you a bunch of services that you don’t need before checking your car. There is also a lack of transparency around pricing - I was told it would cost over $500 to replace 4 spark plugs. I asked if most of that was labor and was told only $80 of it was labor and the rest was the cost of parts. I checked the Honda website and compared OEM prices to what they’re saying that just doesn’t make sense. Spark plugs don’t cost anywhere near $100/each. Find an honest mechanic somewhere else and save your money.

Roberto Marticorena was extremely personable and was able to remedy any doubts I had about purchasing my first car. Turns out we now having matching cars which i find really funny. I highly recommend this dealership and keep a look out for Roberto he’s the man!
