Hoot Judkins had a great price for an American made sofa sleeper that was very comfy! The sales people were very friendly and helpful. The delivery team was very respectful and careful when they delivered to my 2nd floor Apt up a narrow staircase.

Hoot Judkins has a fantastic selection of all-wood furniture as well as other items such as living room seating. Great quality at a very competitive price. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful— and proudly don’t work on commission, so not pushy at all! Delivery was on time, also friendly, efficient, did great work with the assembly and left no mess. I can’t recommend this store more highly!

Excellent store to purchase quality furniture! Bobby, Nick and Ninette were very helpful in accommodating us to find a wall console. Ninette was exceptionally helpful in finding the best curio cabinet for our home. A great place to shop with experienced sales people.

From start to finish, working with Hoot was seamless. My husband is the pickiest guy on the planet and Hoot was probably the 12th store we had gone to to select a couch. We were greeted by Nick who gave us our space to shop and then answered all our questions. After selecting our couch, Nick also was extremely gracious with my husband’s phone calls when he called Nick twice to change things (thank you Nick). The couch came right on schedule and the delivery was perfect. My delivery guys were professional, polite and very friendly. They were great with having my dog around and consistently checked in with me to make sure the set up was what I wanted. We will be purchasing from Hoot in the near future and love that we are able to support a small business and receive a high quality item. We paid less that what we were quoted by other stores, Ashly Furniture quoted us $8k, Macys was $7k, Lazy Boy $10k, and we ended up paying around $4k for a much much better quality couch at Hoot.

Francis was our main point of contact. Bobby followed up informing us of the furniture arrival and delivery set up. The delivery went well and our bedroom is now complete. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is excellent accompanied by quality furniture.

They have beautiful, high quality furniture that will last. We purchased a dining table here and the staff was so friendly, helpful, and patient. Love the selection and the service from start to finish was excellent and truly appreciated.

I especially like the furniture selection, because many are made in USA, and their selections are well curated for quality and attention to price range from moderate to higher end. I first chose a cherry executive desk, then custom ordered a pair of cherry bookcases for the home office. Beautiful wood furniture never goes out of style. My purchases from Hoot Jenkins last for decades, and I’m only now retiring a golden oak desk set bought in the 80s. Delivery is spot on, and I’m very pleased overall.

I went to Hoot since it seems few places deal in real wood furniture these days, a lot of it is MDF. I trekked to Red Wood City to Hoot & was overwhelmed with all the choices and configurations available. Joseph, however, was a big help and we were able to custom order the wall unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us good service despite the fact that it was Father’s Day and his family was home waiting to celebrate. ?. Finally received the unit today and I’m very pleased. The delivery guy, Carlos and his partner assembled the unit and it looks great.WhooHoo, Hoot! Thanks!

Vicky was extremely helpful and patient as we worked our way through the many choices and options available and she gave us excellent advice along the way.

Hoot Judkins Furniture is a terrific store where you can rely on a huge selection of quality yet reasonably priced furniture. There was a huge choice of upholstry fabrics. The personnel are friendly and responsive to questions and patient while you deliberate. My sofa delivery arrived on time and I couldn’t be happier with the fabrics I chose and the price I paid compared with other stores I checked out.Debi Reif

We are about to leave the store until Ninette shows us around store and end purchasing at least $10k of dining table and sofa set. Ninette was helpful, knowledgeable, and provided us with the best possible price.After we got home, the dinning table that we bought is bigger than our existing one and Ninette was able to replace it with much smaller dimensions.
