“I had an outstanding experience with the AAA Redwood City branch, particularly with Osama Fararjeh. From the beginning, Osama was exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and professional.
My insurance needs were a little more complicated than a typical policy, and I had quite a few detailed questions about coverage. Osama never rushed the process or gave me generic answers. When there was something he wasn’t completely certain about, he actually contacted underwriting to verify it, came back with a clear answer, and adjusted the policy accordingly. That level of diligence and transparency really stood out.
He also took the time to walk me through different coverage options, deductibles, replacement-cost protection, liability limits, and the specific features and improvements of my property. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. Instead, I felt that he genuinely wanted to make sure I had the right coverage and understood exactly what I was buying.
