Over the course of insuring 4 cars with them they have been on top of making sure that new cars are fully insured before leaving the lot, extremely helpful in walking through costs and coverage of transferring held policies to a new vehicle (including after accidents), and have offered proactive customer service in keeping my rates as low as possible as well following up on nitpicky needs like small address adjustments for easier parking permit processing. I have been very happy with recommendations given about policy/coverage amounts, and have gotten any support needed in a timely and dedicated manner. I would definitely recommend Art and his team if you're shopping for a new insurance agent!”
