“Mike has been our agent now for close to 15 years; managing both our home and auto policies. He is always prompt and guides us to the most reasonable rates, even for our teenage drivers. One of our children had a no-fault accident, which totaled her vehicle and he guided us through the claims process. The claims department was very fair, prompt and obtained a great result which had our deductible returned as a part of the resolution with the at-fault driver's insurance company. Mike is very experienced and promptly returns my calls and emails whenever I have a question or need assistance with our policies (on top of what the State Farm website already conveniently provides).”

“After my recent car accident, my State Farm agent, Art Holland, did a great job responding to my need to file a claim. Immediately upon reaching out to him, I received a response back. I was quickly advised on what next steps to take, and my claim was accepted. I’m very impressed with how smooth this whole process has been! I was referred to a body shop for my vehicle, and was quickly able to get an appointment to have my car repaired. I can’t say enough about how smooth this has all gone. I’m really busy during the day, as most people are, and it’s challenging to deal with these kinds of details. But I’m very grateful that ‘Art Holland and his team are there to take care of things when life happens!!
