if I could give a negative start I would. they claimed to replace something in my car which apparently they didn't and then I came back again to do an oil change and they said there was nothing in there. They didn't take any initiative or responsibility and replacing it for free. They claimed that it wasn't documented that it was done, even though I did pay for it, and I spoke with district manager, which clearly has no no power at all as a district manager they should be able to do more for the customer.

Went in for an oil change and when they were done, the check engine light was on. I didn’t think much of it and thought it would disappear soon. But it doesn’t and it seems like they pulled out some parts and didn’t put them back in. Please do not go here for an oil change.

We've been coming here for 10+ years and every time, like today, I leave grateful for the competence, care and efficiency of the staff here. Today I came in with a coupon and the customer service rep said to me, "I have a coupon of greater value I will enter." Who does that? We are raving fans!

Didn't put the gasket back on the drain plug and of course it leaked. Was driving with out oil and never received a refund.This is the second time it has happen.

Just left this location after a weekend of overcomplicating the search for a last minute oil change with the solution staring me in the face.. No appointment necessary!!..I drove up at 11:05 and was back in my car by 11:20. 15 minutes of quality, carefully and honest service. The waiting room was clean and the price at the end of everything for my 2007 European high mileage car was under $100. Icing on the cake is that the men working broke down everything they did to my car and were able to assess in the process. 100% satisfaction. And it wasn't even my own car!

Update: I wrote the last review before I drove away. I waited to post this update to make sure I wasn't just being b*tchy. So... Idk what happened in there but for a week after I got this oil change, it smelled like oil smoke when I got home and out of my car. I've changed my oil myself (with a much more talented friend in charge) and it was the exact same thing that happened after I spilled oil in the engine and drove home. White smoke. Oil smell. If I wanted to smell burning oil coming off my engine, I would've changed my oil myself again. In addition, ever since I left there's a dragging sound under my car. One of the underside covers is dragging on the ground and is totally wrecked so I can't even ziptie it back together

Good to get a quick oil change and rotate your tires. Depends on the cashier they can be pushy on the upsells. I'm going to give them 3 stars rather than for because they always say they vacuumed the interior but when i get back in my car there's obvious crumbs and pieces of dirt that are still there. Now i don't care if they vacuum, i just need a quick oil change but why say it everytime and very proudly but then either not do it or just do a very poor job? Good overall.Services: Tires
