I have been insured through John's office for decades and have always been greatly satisfied with their advice and coverage. Most recently Vivian in the office helped me with two claims, and she provided excellent advice and tenaciously worked with claims agents to timely reimburse me for the losses. The office has also to a person been quite responsive and effective. I recommend them heartily to anyone looking for insurance coverage.

Very fast and responsive service with good policy prices. Vivian and James were particularly helpful in getting issues resolved.

Vivian was outstanding during a recent claim when the first windshield repair contractor failed: she coordinated a replacement solution with patience and grace that solved the problem completely.

I've known John for 9 years now, and I am impressed with him. But not because he has amazing knowledge of all aspects of his client's insurance needs, which he does, nor because he is diligent, hardworking and always willing...but because he is a giver. John gives of himself in so many ways: His Rotary Club involvement, his support of the Lucille Packard Children's Foundation, his awareness of initiatives in the community, hunger drives, school events -- he is a giver. He's a wonderful father, family man, and a pillar of our community. And yes -- he's very good at insurance as well. So glad I found him and his services as we do an annual policy check up where I can have all my questions answered. I couldn't be happier with his services.
