This is the worst place for health care. I've read the above about the Customer service within the pharmacy and I completely agree, they are way out of touch. Maybe it's time to go back to Blue Cross. This is the kind of care that I'm going to be provided with screw you Kaiser

Most unprofessional pharmacy technicians I have run into. They would rather be socializing among themselves.
