This review is not a reflection of the pharmacy services at Birch. We were trying to get a flu shot with the flu season coming up and got in line at 1:30 for the drive through. There was only one entrance available for cars to enter and it is first come first serve in line. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting the car line advanced to the back of the pharmacy while 1 volunteer helped to walk around 25 cars in front of us to place a paper flu registration card. There were 3 people in scrubs administering the flu vaccine. There were people who just walked up to the side of the canopy getting their shots and cutting the line of cars. My suggestion would be to have multiple sites on a weekend to administer the vaccine rather than a small parking lot.

Not open on weekends. You have to pay to park. Some of the staff acts as if they hate their job. Very perfunctory.

Very unorganized. Went in on Nov 15 @ 10:15a for my son's first check up appt. first, the receptionist was very rude. She didn't greet my fiancée and I, didn't have a smile and was very abrupt with her responses. I heard her call the doctor telling her "Your 9:30a appt is here" although I was scheduled for 10:15a. But I didn't think anything of it. The next lady calls our name & takes us to the room and weighs our baby and checks his heart beat, length and so forth. She was nice. She scheduled my baby's 2nd apt for Dec 4 @ 9:30a She tells us the doctor will be with us shortly. So my fiancée and I waited patiently. The doctor comes in chats with us checks my baby's weight after the previous lady entered it in the computer. She says "Wow that's good! Your baby is back at his birth weight of 7 lbs" I looked at my fiancé confused Bc my baby was 8lbs at birth. So I asked her if that was correct Bc he was 8 lbs at birth. She double checks and says oh! I think the other nurse entered it in wrong. Ok? No big deal. The appt went normal as can be. Until I got home, I received a voicemail from the clinic saying that we "No-showed" for our appt and to call back if I wanted to reschedule! I thought that was weird considering we just left! I still didn't think anything of it. Fast forward to my Dec 4th at 9:30a appt. I check in with my son, & no record of my appt was scheduled nor was my last appt on Nov 15th! So I didn't have an appt at 9:30a! Fortunately, the nice receptionist today, was able to get us in at 10a with Dr Henderickson. Come to find out, my baby's information was entered into another baby's account! So my visit was never recorded on Nov 15th nor did they have any record of my baby. It was just a mess today.

This pharmacy is my choice over the Cypress location as it is not nearly as busy. Parking is difficult but worth the wait

Horrible service. I came here for an emergency, not only did they take a really long time to see me but, they were very unprofessional and mean. They don't care about you and your feelings. They only care about your money and getting you out of there ASAP! But you will get their bill in 2 days. Very disappointed! Me and my husband are looking to change or coverage to other hospital!

They're great. Can get prescriptions filled in the same building. Street parking in front makes it easy to get in and out relatively quick. Most important--we love Dr. Rudy Lopez--he's the best!
