If you have a chance to drive to another service center please do . This is the most unprofessional service I ever being . Let's skip that fact that by purchasing luxury expensive cars I'm as a customer expecting at least minimum service which offering a water , or Uber , updating me on my car status , call me back after I'm leaving messages couple days in a row . And let's talk about bigger issues :I came for my first service such as oil change which was around 400$ charge which way beyond what I expected but okay . I was waiting my car for at least two hours , here is a question -what's the point of my appointment if I'm still waiting a line of people ahead of me . Next day on my way to work my car showed me the same issue that oil need to be change again . I needed to drive to service again to check what did they do for two hours if I'm running at the same problem ?! Technician told me "oil need to reach certain level so we just didn't put enough " WHAT ?? Later on I had some serious issues with my side mirror and needed to add some air for tires . After giving them another chance by using this service again and repeatedly informed them about the issues I have. I left the service with no car for the next two days . I was calling during two days with no answers about what is going on with my car when I can pick up if I can speak to my service adviser - nothing you can get only a voicemails and just to guess when your car will be ready . When I came to pick up my car mirrors issues "wasn't find " and rest was "done" per technician. Guess what - again next day I have the same issues with mirrors and even air in the tires popped up again with the same exact numbers as It was before ! Why would you keep my car for so long and do completely nothing at the point that it wasn't even touched !!I drive to another service they fixed my tiers in literally 5' , checked my sensors for mirrors and corrected them in 1' . In 10 minutes I left with fully fixed issues with no appointment even !!! Land Rover Redwood City is a complete ashame and scam.

Eric and his team were wonderful! I took a couple of days to finalize my decision and I was really impressed with the level of communication, regular updates, and consideration for my time. It was a competitive offer to a second vehicle I was considering and Eric and his team provided full transparency on the purchase details before signing. However, what made this experience exceptional was the kindness and compassion they showed to me toward an unexpected personal situation during the buying process. It's not often you find a dealership that puts your needs above their own. I'm happy to recommend them and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Overall worst experience ever buying a used 2016 Range Rover from Redwood City Land Rover from the the Sales Dept (Marvin), Service Manager (Erick), and General Manager (Harris) they failed to satisfy a paying customer. Bought the used 2016 Range Rover without extended warranty a month ago trusting the fact the vehicle is coming from a LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP the vehicle suspension failed within 30 days and coolant light popped up. I talked to all 3 managers and they all stated they could do nothing but write up a 1500 bill. Very disappointed in the customer service and value of business done at Land Rover of Redwood City. Save yourself the hassle n go to Land Rover of SF or Land Rover SJ.Redwood City staff needs coaching in customer service and satisfaction.

I Popped in without a an appointment, (Which I don't recommend) but I was greeted by Abdullah and he said he had some time between appointments to help me. I wanted to test drive some Range Rovers and A Defender. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my random questions even if they seemed silly. I don't know much about these cars so I was asking away. I felt very comfortable with him. I didn't walk out with a new car this day. But if I do choose a Range Rover I definitely will be back, and I'll ask for him.

Bought my Range Rover from these guys and they gave me an incredible experience! Especially ABDULLAH! Ask for Abdullah if you go to buy any Land Rover. I went in confused on if it's even the right car for me, I came out buying a completely different car (better for me) and spending less then I thought I would. Really honest guy! Will send all my friends to you. Thank you Abdullah!

Alvaro is the man!! From the first contact, I knew there was no one else I would rather buy from. I worked with Alvaro and Ardavan to place a factory order for a full size Range Rover. Alvaro made the process seamless and has so far offered nothing but excellent customer service. Initially I was working with Ardavan, the sales manager, on one of their in-stock cars and he offered very competitive pricing off the bat. The spec wasn't quite what I was looking for, but the pricing we agreed to on my custom order was just as great. I appreciate their transparency too. After buying almost a dozen cars, I can say that is something you don't always find in this business. They sent all the details over in writing once the order was placed. Currently waiting for the vehicle to arrive by the end of this year so I will circle back with pictures once it arrives. So far 10/10, thank you Alvaro and Ardavan!

Abdullah was an amazing sales person. He was incredibly courteous, super knowledgeable on Land Rover and all its features and was a great listener. Abdullah was a great salesperson from start to finish and exceeded my expectations every step of the way.

Abdullah is the man! This was my first Land Rover purchase (2023 Range Rover Sport), and Abdullah is very knowledgeable about their vehicles. I'm a car n*** and know all of the little details about a lot of cars, and I could tell Abdullah was similar. He gave recommendations on certain options (I ordered mine from the factory) but also wasn't pushy - at all. He was a pleasure to work with through the ordering process, including the day I signed all of the paperwork and took it home (he had also texted me a bunch of photos of the car inside and out because he knew we were pretty excited about the car). If I had to buy another Land Rover product in the future, I'd immediately contact Abdullah and 100% recommend him to others. Thanks, Abdullah! And thanks for the pen :)

Great experience at this RW City Land Rover, from the preliminary contact via email and phone, straight through to the in-person experience. The sales person Abdullah Masoodi and his Manager Moe were both very easy going, no rush, very patient with all of my questions and most important, extremely transparent from start to finish. Finally, a big thank you to Christina Ramos in Finance. Christina was thorough, professional, extremely attentive to all details, and beyond that she brought the car-buying experience to something truly enjoyable.

I have been going here for last two years since I moved from SF ! This dealership and service center is highly professional and they treat you like a family. My service advisor is Ernie and he is the most humble person in auto industry. He is never trying to sell me anything but always advising the best for my car. He always take my car like his own and helped me understand things. I highly recommend this service center.

I normally don’t write reviews at all but wanted to share my experience. I was helped by Abdullah and his sales manager Moe. Abdullah was the most transparent sales dude I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Ever walk into a store or a dealership and feel like you’re being hounded when you just want some time to shop and browse? Abdullah and his team were just the opposite and just perfect. The right amount of informative while letting us view the vehicle to our desire and to come up with a decision. Not pushy at all but felt genuinely like he wanted me to go home happy. Through the showing, the credit app, and even the week after purchase they remain the same level of caring. Making sure , even after the sale, that the car is just what I wanted. If you’re looking for transparency, informative but not pushy, and an overall great experience; I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I had a lot of questions about the Range Rover options and learned a lot from Abdullah at Land Rover Redwood City. He was super knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions about the different trims offered in the Range Rover. He pointed out things to look for in a used RR that I never considered. I left feeling informed and eager to have him (hopefully) find the right RR for me.
