“El Marsh Manor Mall, located in Redwood City, is a beautiful place to explore if you're the type of person who loves discovering new shops and restaurants. Located on Florence Street, this shopping center offers a wide range of services and shops, from Delucchi's Market, selling fresh and specialty products, to Freewheel Brewing Company, perfect for enjoying a great craft beer and maybe some live music. Plus, food options for all tastes: the delicious breakfast or brunch that awaits you at places like Los Gallos Taqueria and Squeeze In. With a friendly atmosphere and a list of community events (think free summer concerts), this area is worth a stop for a languid, pleasant afternoon.”
“Always an amazing experience at The Ideal Store thanks to Al! From the moment I walk in, his greeting always makes my day. His professionalism and super friendly attitude make it highly enjoyable. He clearly cares about his customers. It’s rare to come across someone with that kind of hospitality and care. I highly recommend meeting Al if you visit—he’s a valuable asset to the store.”

“The sandwich here and the hot food items here have been consistent for over 15 years. For more than 9$ you can get a sandwich and drink some chips too. The selections here are great variety compared to all others in the area. Thank you again for best service in the RWC.”
“Cute and well managed small supermarket in a quite community in Redwood City. Great selections of everyday essentials and they sell also grab and go lunchables and snacks.”

“It is a "Liquor Store", this much is a fact, as 3 long rows of spirits display themselves immediately when entering. And yes, snacks and soft drinks and "things" that such business generally carry, where also present at Roosevelt Liquor& Grocery.I didn't see to much of actual items that would qualify to belong under the category of "Groceries". But this made no negative impact, since we where present, solely for the first part of the name of this store. Ok, actually second: The Liquor.A fine selection; this older, politely shy, smiling gentleman most definitely was the proud owner of! We found some "rare spirits(21 and over) at a very reasonable price! The store was small, but clean! Every available square inch in this place, was intelligently utilised, without appearing to be overstuffed or to ambitious; as can often be found with other businesses of the same or similar genre. We did almost miss this place though, as the lighting was dim. In and outside! But no problem! It's never a bad thing to be environmentally conscious, such as not letting your faucet drip. Turning of appliances one doesn't use. Taking the bike to work. Using one lightbulb at a business, instead of internet suggested 5 or 6.Satisfied with our purchase, and not haven gotten ripped off, this late at night, a bit away from the main strip, was key! ( Holiday Season Mistake nr. 3).Thank you, friendly "Roosevelt Liquor & Grocery" store Owner for being open late! Stay safe Everyone!”
“This place is different when I visited yesterday. Its different vibes & new owner there. Guys working there are so nice & professional. I've to buy 24 case of Modello beer & few wine bottles than cashier helps me to carry my bunch of stuff to my car. Supernice!I'll review this store & new business owner 5/5. Must to visit.”
“Service here is excellent, and the owner is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, some of night staff not to friendly, but the owner and his wife make you feel welcomed and take time to work with you. This is the main liquor store I go to because of ambiance, as well as prices. Give it a try and compare it to the once great PENINSULA LIQUORS!”
“I've never gone to Nob Hill very often because it's a couple freeway exits from me. However, because they now offer the service of returning cans and bottles I stop there more often and use the Raleys app for shopping while there. I've been happily surprised at some of the special offers the app has given me to save money while shopping. I've also tried their fresh foods which are reasonably priced. Good priced for burritos and sandwiches!”
“I have been going there for almost two years and appreciate the people there, they have been very nice and helpful. They have a variety of things in the store and the prices are very good.”
“Purchased two 1-L bottles Maraska Marischino liqueur for our visiting son, who will be returning home on an airliner. Order was promptly and efficiently processed by K&L, and FedEx delivery right on time.
Issue with the screw caps on the liqueur. Caps were still protected by anti-tamper seal, but were loose. Some product leaked slightly from one bottle (stickiness on bottle surface, liquid stain on packaging), and apparently on the other bottle, residual sugar may have made the cap unable to catch the bottle threads (i.e., gets tighter to a point then loose again, then tighter then loose ...).
Spoke with Customer Service (not antagonisticly nor belligerently - just wanted to see what could be done). Was fortunate to reach JUDY, who was a breath of fresh air. Judy recognized the situation at once (a gift, to be jostled by airline baggage handlers), and immediately sought a reasonable resolution. Within 24 hours, the resolution was reached, and executed with explicit suggestions/instructions to make the resolution successful.
Judy followed up not once, but TWICE to ensure the resolution was on track. Service above and beyond by an outstanding ambassador for K&L.
Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Would not think twice about recommending K&L.”
