After looking into purchasing from an online retailer, I decided to come check out my local Mancini's and it was probably the best decision I made. I worked with Alex and not only did he shows around but he asked the right questions to help us find a mattress within our budget. The service he gave us was phenomenal. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all was that he was able to get us next day delivery. After combing through online retailers, I wasn't expecting to have my mattress for another week or two. Thank you Mancini's and Alex, I'm looking forward to purchasing more from you in the future.

Nika was phenomenal! She went the extra mile and helped us get a bed delivered out of state. While she I’m certain didn’t make much if anything off of this sale, she still treated us like a million dollar sale. This is how customer service should be done. It’s a lost art, and yet with that said Nika is Michelangelo. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Greeted promptly by Adam and asked if we had any questions he could answer.We had a number of questions and was given plenty of information.Adam was on point and zeroed in on what we were looking for.We tried 7 different beds and he explained each bed and it’s benefits.We found one that worked for my wife and myself.Adam took plenty of time with us, there was no pressure to purchase and we felt at easy with working with him. He was knowledgeable and presented himself very well. We purchased the bed and will receive it the following day.Thanks Adam!!Karen & Kevin

Mike and Chris were super helpful and patient. I got to try several beds and made an order for a mattress + two purple pillows yayAlso this is also an outlet store (more discounts/clearance products than other stores), which is cheaper if you're lucky

My goal was to find a mattress. My shopping experience was great. Chris, the sales person was patient, answered all my questions, provided insightful and useful information about the options for my specific needs. I felt no pressure to rush testing the mattresses. There was no pressure to make a purchase but actually purchased a mattress and adjustable frame. I appreciate their test policy and the delivery options, working with my schedule.

Amazing experience. I’ve bought three mattress here and all have been amazing. The sales people have made everything so easy and explained everything very well. Highly recommend the Redwood City location on el Camino by target. Chris and Maryjane were the best.

Had a great experience with MaryJane. Highly recommend her and Manager Nika!She was thorough and informative without being pushy and was able to help us understand why were were having the issues we were having and how we could improve. She was patient and very personable after we visited several times over a busy holiday wknd before pulling the trigger.
