If I could put a 1/2 star that would be great. For a company that charges 20% fees and provides only internal chat service is ridiculous.
At least at eBay there is a number you can finally call to speak with someone. Their fee is only 15%.

The customer service is horrible. I sent 5 emails about a refund and nothing.

I sold a bag they canceled it at authentic review. It was my mothers who passed away ten days in it was canceled and 6 days now I reached out and never heard back or received my bag I mailed to them.
