Great spot in downtown Redwood City! Extremely Clean, friendly staff and solid amenities. Weight lifting area is proper and has great attachments for pully systems. 10/10

Clean, good equipment, great staff and the owner is a friend of mine. Can't go wrong with this gym. Great location too, parking right next door and lots of places to eat when your done working out within walking distance.
