Right at home is exactly has great service the caregivers are fantastic we need help and we used them for over a year for our family member so caring so respectful and responsible all the staff that we dealt with., but 3 of them were Jennifer,Medina and Sandra they were so kind hearted they treat our family member like their own mother. I would highly recommend and encourage everyone who needs help like we did to use right at home services. Because they are extremely caring human beings we were so grateful for everyone that supported as on difficult times.

Right at Home was very helpful in caring for my 92 yr old husband in am while I walked with friends and did errands. From the first phone call with Gulraj S. to intake appt with nurse Debbie M. and meeting caregiver Haley V. all were kind, professional and focused on care we needed. My husband has medical issues and needed help with bathing, dressing, medication , breakfast, bandages and Haley also assisted with shopping, laundry , and had good technical skills even set up a firestick to TV. My husband Robin says Haley was " professional , caring, humorous and tolerated his humor." She was always willing to prepare his fried egg, or pancakes he wanted. Gulraj also makes great soup and surprised us with some! I highly recommend this agency ."

I used Right at Home for night caretakers for my dad who was staying in Menlo Park for treatment at Stanford. Gulraj, the franchise owner, and Debbie, the caregiving manager, was amazing and came personally to meet us and my dad and introduce new caretakers. They were always great at communication and coordinating with my dads many hospital admissions. In particular, I wanted to highlight Bertha as my dad's first caretaker, who did a really great job with him at the beginning when this was all new and Romeo, who cared a lot for him at the end as he was getting worse and really needed someone to be there to comfort him at night.

We had a wonderful and reassuring experience in our engagement with Gulraj's team at Right At Home. We came to them with a difficult situation. our brother need at home care to help support hospice because he was in the hospital with pneumonia and two broken legs, and would be discharged soon. What stood out to me was that Gulraj wanted to know about my brother, who he was, not just his condition. My brother had other challenges too, Down Syndrome and Alzheimer's disease, but Gulraj assured us they would have caregivers who could handle such a situation gracefully. That same level of warm heart care was demonstrated by everyone we worked with on Gulraj's team, especially Debbie, who was a wealth of helpful information about what to expect. Having been a hospice nurse herself for many years we felt so well informed that we could confidently make decisions. I can tell you, when we decided to go with Right At Home, we were very relieved and confident we made the right choice for our brother. Unfortunately, our brother's condition deteriorated too quickly for in-home hospice, so we never got to work with the caregivers, but we felt confident we would have been very happy to have them working with my brother in our home.

We are very pleased that we chose Right At Home. The initial phone contact I had with Gulraj was very informative, and his professional and compassionate manner put my mind at ease that we were pursing the right option for our 91 year-old mom.We selected Juanita to be our mom's caregiver and we can't say enough good things about the experience. Right away, she was committed to making sure mom was comfortable with someone caring for her. She's professional, smart, kind, and has fun with mom.She oversees mom's in-home PT, and helps her perform the exercises each day, along with walking regularly. She's joined us at mom's nutritionist appts and not only prepares the suggested meals, she diligently tracks her calorie intake and regularly updates us and makes suggestions.In the six months we've been working with Gulraj and the team at Right At Home, we have seen their commitment to client care, with home visits and regular follow-ups. It's great to know that they have our mom's best interests at heart.

Finding the "right" caregiver for our 91-year old mother was a daunting task, but Right at Home made it seem easy. We contacted several care providers, but Right at Home was above all in making us feel comfortable that they cared and that we could find a caregiver who wouldn't feel like a stranger in our mother's house.Right at Home connected us with Juanita, and she has been a blessing from her first day. She is kind, caring, smart, detail-oriented, and professional; she and my mother truly enjoy each other's company. One of our primary goals for a caretaker was help with getting our mother to eat more, and because of Juanita's help and diligence she has gained 10 pounds in less than 6 month.Right at Home and Juanita have not only made life easier for our mother, but easier for me and my siblings -- all of our lives have improved,

Right at Home healthcare agency did a fantastic job while I was in the Bay Area for some medical treatment. I needed very specialized care in that I had to lay flat on my back while being driven to various medical appointments and back to my hotel. Gulraj the owner was able to find me a caregiver who was able to not only care for me but provide transportation so that I was able to lie completely flat. The caregiver Kenneth was timely, warm, caring, and competent. Gulraj was completely engaged with setting up my arrangements and making sure that everything went according to plan. When I needed medication picked up, even after hours, they were able to do this for me as an accommodation. I can't say enough about this company and caregiver. They were absolutely the best.

Our introduction with Gulraj Shahpuri was very pleasant as he took the time needed to answer all of our questions & introduce us the services that we could expect to receive. Gulraj did not stop at the introduction as he continued interacting with us for the entire year we used their services 24/7. He was an extremely caring person who works tirelessly to please the client/patient and caregiver all at the same time which is a most difficult task at best ~ but he managed with flying colors.

I cannot recommend Right at Home enough. From the first contact, the staff was welcoming and helpful. I've never had to find in home care before. They knew exactly what I wanted/needed before I could find the words to describe it. I live out of state from my loved one but Gulraj and the rest of the team made my life very easy. They found a perfect match in a caregiver. When my family member needed more care, the transition was seamless. You can trust this team with people you love. They give outstanding care and will treat your loved one like family. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

It is my privilege to recommend Right at Home In-home Care Givers in the Peninsula for elderly palliative and hospice care. The owner, Gulraj Shahpuri, is extremely compassionate, completely trustworthy and demonstrated the attention to detail and customer service that was well beyond our expectations. He personally went out of his way to visit our family, made himself available 7 days a week, and took the time to understand our family’s specific needs. He consistently provided capable caregivers for my wife, during her difficult time in hospice. Gulraj made sure that all our needs were met and had staff that took wonderful care of my wife, allowing her to stay in her the comfort of her own home before her passing. This was a blessing to the entire family. We were completely satisfied not only with their punctuality and standard of care but also their genuinely caring demeanor.
