I scheduled an appointment in December, dropped the car for the whole day at the shop only to get a call in the evening (8pm) to tell us they didn't have the right part. Even when I scheduled it in advance ?I rescheduled it to February, giving them whole 2 months. An hour after dropping the car, I got a call telling me they have the wrong part and can't complete the installation. We walked to the shop for 20 mins, only to tell us that they actually found the part ? and they can complete the installation today but it will be delayed by an hour. Tired if being jerked around, I decided to get it done in another shop.This Safelite shop needs to get a bit more professional in how they operate. I'm sure the workmanship is good but operation and communication needs a lot of work.

Used them this week and they ruined my car. Door seals don't work now and were gonna have an el Nino storm event...and whenever I call the machine just hangs up on me. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Not only did they rescheduled us multiple times, due to weather, but each time they did we were last on their list, ...when they finally were able to come out they left us for last appointment in the day again and couldn't even complete the job on site due to rain...(I get it, not in their control). They made us take the car to their shop to finish the windshield, but they didn't reconnect the defroster, basically they just wanted to get it done and get us out of there because they were closing. (again, had you not left us for last this would not have been an issue). Now we have to wait until Monday to get them to fix their own sloppy job, meanwhile the car is still not drivable with the electronics not working. We will come back for your to fix your mistake and never using your company again.When someone reschedules due to weather they should be the first appointment of the day, when you re able to come out, they should get priority and not be the last.Do the job right, even if it means you have to stay past your closing, thats just good business.

They have been so terrible and inconsiderate. I have had around 10 appointments where they don’t show up or bring the wrong part, or messed up the location… waste of time.

This is the worst experience I've ever had in any repair shop ever. Contacted my insurance and scheduled an appointment, was assured that if the part is not in or anything wrong with proceeding then the shop would contact me to reschedule.First time coming into the shop, I was told the glass wasn't in yet so rescheduled weeks later for the windshield to come in.Second time I come in, they said the glass is in but the bracket attaching to the glass chipped so they have to re-order the bracket. I told them to inspect the part before I come in so I don't have to continue to take time out of work to come in just to get sent away.Third time I come in, they said the replacement bracket is also broken and have to re-order. This is where I am at right now and rescheduled for another time to come in.Wildy unprofessional and a giant waste of time. I have a feeling I'd get sent back next time too. How hard is it to inspect the part and reschedule if they notice defects in the parts?

Yahir and Edgar were fantastic! They were my Safelight mobile team. Yahir was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He and Edgar were very professional. Everything was explained with confidence, the work was efficiently performed and the windshield was clean. Everything was done in an hour. The highest commendations should go to Yahir and Edgar for representing Safelight so well.

Cannot recommend this shop. Chose it because it was the most conveniently integrated with my insurance, but now wish I had saved weeks of my time and gone with another place.Making an appointment was easy, but when I arrived for the appointment and had already waited for an hour, was told that they didn’t realize that they needed another part to do the windshield replacement, which they would need to order. I was frustrated by this, as they had my vehicle make, model, and VIN and could have easily verified if they had the parts in stock before allowing me to make the appointment. I was further shocked to hear the conversation between the (?)manager and the employee who realized we were missing the part, as the manager suggested (not realizing that I was waiting in the lobby of the shop within earshot) that she call me and try to convince me to go ahead with the replacement today using a part of the wrong color (grey, instead of black) so that they could get it over with. I, of course, then identified myself as the customer and said that I wouldn’t go forward with a replacement with the wrong color part. I was then assured by this manager that a replacement part would be ordered from the dealership that day and it should arrive WITHIN 1-2 days, after which they would call me back and reschedule the appointment.Then started the most elaborate game of phone tag. After not hearing back for 5 days, I tried to call the shop, but was never able to reach them and were consistently bounced to Safelite’s central phone tree, where I would talk with a call center employee who would attempt to help but would be unable to tell me if the part had been ordered or what an ETA for the repair might be. I continued calling every 2-3 days for the next several weeks, and was consistently unable to reach the shop or obtain any additional information regarding an ETA. Finally, I got so frustrated that I called safelite to tell them that I would be taking my business elsewhere, only AFTER which I was told (by another kind call center employee) that no one from the shop had ordered the part yet and they still had no idea how long it would take to come in.All in all, wasted hours and hours of my life and I was stunned by the lack of responsiveness despite repeated phone calls over the course of weeks. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

At least this safelite did not respond, were not friendly, did nothing but put us off till they wanted to respond which was somewhere in the middle of September. In the mean time my daughter has no way to work no way to do anything thanks to the insensitivity of safelite RWC . Beware this place, the ads you see on TV are falseAdvertising and outright lies.. do not give them your business they should not be allowed to do business of any kind. Service you cannot depend on.
