The store closed at 10pm and the gas pump always saying clerk has receipt i need the receipt to get reimbursed with my gas better fix the printing machine and air pump is broken

Echoing the review below on the unprofessional counter lady working on 9/25 between 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Refused to turn on the air station, which by law, you must provide. This is the third time she's done this.

California legal to have free air / water at the gas station. Would have to do complain for this shell gas station.

They got to fix the latency issues with their self serve payment system. So slow. Won't be coming back again.

This Shell gas station is just ok, but be aware that they won't accept in-person payment at night. I knew they may want to keep themselves safe but I don't believe they should shut the door before 12:00 AM. Anyway, you can also get yourself some gas at their pumps.

Older lady clearly aborted my fuel rewards purchase, acting like she didn't hear me the first time, to charge me without using my phone number, which she successfully pulled off. Exactly why I try to never go talk to these useless people. Gas should just be self serve cash or card on each machine so we don't deal with incompetent people who can't even ring someone up.

I drive for Lyft and end up far away from home (Concord). Today I ended up here in Redwood City after a very long day. I needed a bathroom break badly. I pulled into this Shell and saw they had restrooms out in the side. Walked up, no key needed, nice and clean. This is very convenient and I appreciate it.
