Me and my husband truly enjoyed the experience buying a mattress with Sleep Haven Bedding. The representative Mac ( not sure if he’s the staff or the owner) was very patient and generous! He taught us how to keep the warranty which neither the retailers nor the mattress stores had mentioned to us! He also offered some bonus that can really reduce the hassle on our end! I haven’t wrote a Google review for years, and I decided to write one to appreciate his thoughtfulness and generosity. Highly recommend their services!

What a fantastic experience with Sleep Haven Bedding today. I needed a king sized bed frame today, and I needed delivery ASAP. When Ali answered the phone, I could tell he was the person I wanted to buy from: He focused on exactly what I needed, was interested in my problem, asked great questions. I zipped to the store to confirm what I needed and cannot say enough how excellent the customer service was. Ali's partner, Mac, immediately offered to deliver the frame himself. 15 minutes later, at our home, Mac not only set up the new bed frame but also drilled holes in our headboard and affixed it to the new frame! Then he helped us assemble the bed. Aside from the outstanding service, I really liked both Ali and Mac. They own and operate the business and run it with that family-owned earnestness. Sleep Haven Bedding earned a new loyal customer today.

I would highly recommend Sleep Haven Bedding. We purchased a bed from them @ 8 years ago. Through no fault of Sleep Haven, our mattress developed a sag. Benny was immediately responsive and helped walk us through the warranty process. They were great at helping us get a full warranty coverage for the issues. We now have a new mattress set from Sleep Haven. The delivery people were professional, kind, courteous and super helpful. At all points in our journey, the staff at Sleep Haven were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. If you are looking for any type of mattress, definitely come to Sleep Haven. The "other big box" places don't have the quality that Sleep Haven has. We had bought a mattress from one of the "big box" places in the past and had to replace it within 2 years due to the inferior quality. I know that the mattress we just got from Sleep Haven will have us sleeping in comfort for many, many years to come!

Highly recommend purchasing a mattress from this store! Ali was very kind, funny, and not pushy at all. He made us feel at ease and allowed us to try out different mattresses. I felt like he genuinely wanted us to find a mattress that was comfortable and would suit our needs.

Bought a futon and frame from Mac at Sleep Haven. The prices were reasonable, and he was able to deliver it the same day. Some bolts were missing (manufacturer error) and he called me back first thing the following day after I called him about it. I was able to get my futon assembled no problem and the mattress I bought works well with the frame.Great service, would recommend.

Next time you are looking for a mattress....go here. This was my first time going here. I felt like the whole experience from stepping into the store and being greeted to the mattress delivery was great. I was greeted by Ali who was very professional. He really knew his product. He was able to answer all my questions and give me advice if I asked for it. After I left, I went to a couple of other places to compare...but decided on Sleep Haven since they had the best quality and best prices. The purchasing process went smoothly. The men who delivered the mattresses were also very professional. They made sure to wear their masks and booties so they would not dirty the carpets. I really recommend this place. I give it an A++++.

I would give this place 6 starts! Ali, sleep consultant who was helping me with mattress selection, was amazing in his knowledge of mattresses & customer service. I was encouraged to take my time in the store, didn't feel rushed at all. Ali helped me in every aspect of mattress selection, very professional. Store and mattresses were clean and sanitized. And the best part? After I selected the mattress I had it delivered the next day, not even 24hours after my purchase!! No waiting weeks like from other retailers. I am very happy with my purchase (and the mattress is made in USA). I highly recommend this store, Ali is a star and this review is not purchased or fake! K

They were wearing masks, had hand sanitizer available, put (new) fresh towel sheets down, as well as a separate sheet for pillows. They (Mac) did not pressure us at all, provided and answered all questions. It took us several visits to decide which mattress we really like, and again never pressured us at all. I do not have any complaints about the service provided. They were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Ken and Michele
