I had issues with a service I had purchase since October, I had requested help multiple times and no one seemed to really looked really into my problem even calling customer service wasn't helping me. I went today into the store again and Monika helped me out with a big smile and fix the problem I been having for months in less than 10 min. She's super friendly and immediately helps you out.

Terrible customer service. The 2 boys working couldn't be bothered to look up from playing their video games and chatting to help the only customer in the store. They were extremely rude and dismissive on any questions asked and basically ignored me until I left the store without receiving any help. I am shocked at how bad this service was.

Poor customer service. Walked in to get a phone upgrade. Two staff were busy with other customers and 3 were free just chatting amongst each other. I went to look at the newer phones for 5 min...then ended up having to approach them and one asked "would u like some help?" *clearly I'll need assistance if I were to buy something* so I said "yes I'd like some help"....Other person responded saying what's the issue? ...even in conversation the guy was on his own phone and still taking with the other staff. I'm glad I didn't proceed after that and left to go somewhere else.

Definitely a revamped place as one could conclude after reading the reviews and then visiting the place. You could tell that the manager was truly making sure everyone was on their A game, but it didn't make a terrible impression. I was helped by Sergio who was extremely friendly and pleasant. Made the whole chore of getting a new phone easy and breezy.

got all these workers standing around, I come in for help and No help just RUDE. The guy I came up to was very rude and basically rushed me out. I RECOMMEND you don't come to this location

Amazing. Called prior to coming to ask if they could help me purchase a phone since I was at another T-Mobile waiting more than an hr and a half. Was told to come here since there was no line and that they were ready to help me. Sooo happy when stepping in. They knew I was the one who called and automatically helped me get a new phone. Literally in less than 20 minutes. Please come here. They know what they're doing and they have fast service. Super happy with my experience. Will be coming here from now on

My family and i decided to move from Verizon to T-Mobile few years back. We went to this store and we were helped by a young lady. I asked the employee if my Verizon Moto G7 would be comparable to work with T-Mobile! She replied" ohh yeah off course". We made the switch. Ten minutes later, I stopped getting text, calls and my text would take 30 minutes to be sent. I gave it a day. Next day I stopped by the store and asked if the lady who helped us was working. An employee said no. I explained to the employee what was happening. He looked it and helped BUT he mentioned this" I am Sorry, but I don't think your Verizon Moto G7 is comparable to work with T-mobile" I said that is not what the lady told me yesterday. "He answered she shouldn't have said that without checking it". He changed the slim card and told me to give a day to see. It didn't work. I decided to stop by at another T-Mobile store and another employee told the same thing" Sorry, But i don't think your Verizon Moto G7 is comparable to work with T-mobile. I went back to the store we made the switch and the lady was working again. I explained to another employee and asked what could T-mobile do for me, cuz we were paying for three lines but only two lines were working like it should. He said Sorry man the manager is not here and there is nothing I can do for you. I said well, T-Mobile will keep charging for three lines but we are only using two. I personally regret switching to T-Mobile, cuz i think the employee lied to me. T-mobile should provide me with a new phone but the times I stopped by to talk with the lady who helped us she was never there and manager was never there. I gave two star, cuz the the employees i spoke with were honesty and tried to help me.

This review is about Monika. Wow what customer service! She was super helpful and looked up the warranty for my screen protector. Then she even installed it for me! It was amazing.. would’ve done a terrible job on my own. Thanks Monika!
