The apartments are super nice, comfortable, and convenient with all the latest amenities. The community and facilities are very well maintained and in good condition. Tenants enjoy a peaceful place with thick walls and no internal noise, though the train can be heard. The complex is described as super safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable. It features a top-notch game room, a good gym, and indoor parking available for tenants. Some minor inconveniences include that visitors may have to look for parking. Be mindful that standard move-out charges for cleaning and painting can add up. Overall, it is considered a great, ultra-affordable, and livable place.

Came to visit friends who live here and the apartments looked super nice and the game room was top notch. If I was to live in an apartment in Redwood City I think this place would be cool but your friends are going to have to look for parking. Also a block away from Caltrain.

It is in a central location, and most amenities are just a few minutes walk away. The sequoia station next to the apartment could be an issue for some, but I like living close to Caltrain as I don't have to drive to work.
