Training Space is an absolute gem in the fitness world, and it has truly transformed my life in more ways than one. After walking out of the hospital in 2022 due to an acute condition, I found myself losing a significant amount of muscle mass, and I knew I needed a place that could help me get back on track. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Training Space, and boy, was it a game-changer!From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. Meeting Michael, the owner, was like meeting an old friend. The vibe of the gym was unlike any other I had experienced before, and the presence of strong lifters around me was genuinely motivating. It was evident that this place was special, different from the typical gyms I had visited in the past.I decided to sign up for a transformation program with Michael, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I could have made. With his expert guidance, I started building back muscle and adopting a healthier lifestyle. Michael encouraged me to take on heavier lifts, such as deadlifts, bench presses, and squats. Surprisingly, it was the first time I felt comfortable handling such heavy weights, all thanks to his excellent coaching and support.Throughout my journey, Michael was my pillar of strength, supporting me not only in my fitness goals but also in various aspects of life. His dedication, encouragement, and mentorship were unparalleled, and I owe my substantial increase in strength to his personalized training approach.In less than a year, I achieved something I had never thought possible: I competed in my first powerlifting meet and proudly brought home a gold medal. Michael's belief in me made all the difference, and I will forever be grateful for his unwavering support.What sets Training Space apart from other gyms is Michael's vision of fostering a strong community. The atmosphere during the "Third Space" event, which I was privileged to be a part of as a DJ, was incredible. The art, music, dancing, and delicious food brought everyone together in a way that was truly heartwarming. This sense of belonging and camaraderie among gym members, friends, and family is truly special and something I haven't experienced anywhere else.The trainers at Training Space are exceptional, each with a deep understanding of their clients' needs. While powerlifting is at the core, people attend for various reasons, and there is a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I also appreciate the fact that this place embraces individuality and encourages people to be themselves, free from any stifling constraints.In conclusion, I can't recommend Training Space enough to anyone on their fitness journey. Michael's passion for what he does, his commitment to his clients' well-being, and his dedication to building a vibrant community are truly commendable. If you're looking for a place to transform your body, mind, and soul, Training Space is the ultimate destination. I am forever grateful for the positive impact it has had on my life, and I look forward to continuing my journey in this amazing place!

Awesome gym with lots of space and quality equipment! The staff/trainers are incredibly friendly and very qualified! Whether you're doing personal training or have your own plan, it's a great space for achieving any/all of your goals!

I've been going to Training Space for about 6 months now. First I did a 12 weeks transformation with Michael and have been a member since.The transformation was a great experience, I lost weight, learned how to do all the major exercises, got stronger, and probably most importantly I started to love coming to the gym and genuinely look forward to training now. As for the gym, it's well quipped, not crowded and there's a great tight knit community feel going as well. I also like that I can come in anytime 24/7.

I just finished the three-month transformation program with Michael and what a journey it has been! I am down about 25 pounds but most importantly, I am healthier (my resting heart rate is way down), stronger, and feel a lot more confident about myself and my body. I still remember the first day I met Michael, I was so nervous and intimidated (it was my first time setting foot in a gym) but I knew instantly this man was going to change my life for the better and I am so glad I trusted my gut. Thank you Michael for all your guidance throughout this program. I will forever be grateful for your mentorship and friendship.I also met some wonderful people since I joined this community. Big shout out to Jessica and Taylor for always being so encouraging and making things fun, Armen for your great music taste, and last but not least, Nate and Sam for everything you taught me. Oh, and the Interns...you guys are doing great!

Both of my kids are doing personal training at Training Space this summer. My 14 year old son trained with Nate for 7 weeks so far and has lost 9 lbs! More important than losing weight, I can see that both of them are learning a lot about making the right choice of food, portion control and developing a passion for exercising and body building, which will have much more long-lasting impact in their life. I am very glad that I found Training Space who helped both of my kids with their fitness goal. Michael, Nate and Sam are great and we will definitely come back next year when both of them are home again from school.

I joined training space last year, a little lost in my workout routine and not knowing what would make me feel better. I started with the 12 week transformation, which TLDR: it works!!! I feel more motivated to work out, learned how to truly strength train, and learned a lot more about myself and what I could achieve! Michael and his whole team are wonderfully inviting and warm - that's what you get at training space!

I LOVE this GYM!!!! I have been all over the U.S. for work! And this gym is by far my favorite! I honestly don't know where to begin with how pleased I am with this layout! The cleanliness is next level! The machines are advanced but easy to use! And the trainers are so kind, determined, focused on your growth, highly knowledgeable in all areas and know how customize your training so you reap the maximum results! I have never been in better shape! And this gym caters to my mind, body and soul! I highly recommend working with these trainers! It has transformed my life!!! Thank you Training Space!

My wife and I love this gym. -It's spacious,-Not overcrowded. -Clean-Great equipment -Nice Bathroom and Showers- 24hrsThe personal trainers are friendly and always greet you when you come in. I chose this gym because they have app with a workout attached and it keeps track for you. The workouts were written by a knowledgeable owner. So you aren't just doing a random workout with no purpose. The gym is great for newbies who need personal training all the way to the advanced lifter looking for a community to talk shop with.

I have been going here since March 1st 2023. I had just come off of a brutally unjust experience at city sports gym (never ever go there and don't sign anything). So I was apprehensive. I was also new to strength training. My goal was to get strong and lean and learn good form. I was also nervous bc in the past I have felt weirdly unwelcome (and at times sexualized) in some of these spaces. Other gyms immediately assume you are there for weight loss. They don't do that here unless you tell them that's your goal. But it's really a side effect of a healthy happy lifestyle, one that you can obtain by joint training space. It's clean and spacious without being commercial and impersonal some many chains are. Michael owns this gym and he is a really kind person who is dedicated and passionate about strength training and helping others achieve their fitness goals. He is the primo trainer if you wanna be a superhero. As I mentioned I had recently been robbed by a different gym so contracts make me jumpy but Michael allowed me to do a monthly membership with the fitness app workouts. My coworker Jessica is how I found this gym and she also reassured me this wasn't a scam. Since going there I've become so much more comfortable trying new things and have learned a lot about form and training. I have also made a lot of friends. Everyone is down to earth and we are all there because we enjoy it and have shared goals of health and strength. If you wanna do your own thing and not be bothered that's fine too but eventually you can't help but make friends. They have a cool training app with workouts in it that comes with the base membership that I have enjoyed. However if you really wanna take it to the next level and do it swiftly you should do personal training. It comes at a price but the value can't be understated. My husband just started personal training and he's loving it! (Thanks Sam!) many of the trainers are pretty young guys but they are very knowledgeable, upbeat, and will put you through a heck of a work out! So don't hesitate. Jessica, Karen, Nicole, and many other women are there three days a week working out. So if you also happen to be a gal come join this club of cool ladies getting swoll! These videos are early in my journey lol I am much stronger now just sayin. Also! There's lots of community events coming with music and fun and a kids program for young boys Monday through Friday. It's awesome. Check out their socials. Honestly it's the best gym ever. I was never a gym girl but now at 34 at training space I have caught the bug!Shout out to Ian, Nate, and Duke who are always helping me out and pushing me to go harder.

Well run gym with solid and well maintained equipment. It's always organized and clean and has a nice locker room area. The co-owners, Josh and Michael, make themselves available to help you. Great hours as well.
