I rented a van without a rearview mirror and without the dolly I had reserved. I had to move all the boxes manually and without the dolly on Sunday night because the store was closed, and there was no one around. Additionally, I tried calling customer service, and they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. Consequently, I wasn't willing to wait so long after they had made that mistake to provide a solution with the stores closed.The next day, when the store was open, I went to complain with the van already loaded. The only solution offered was to give me the dolly that morning and then, after unloading, exchange the van, which would cost me extra miles and time from my rental. It has been a horrible experience due to the danger of driving without a rearview mirror, the extra time wasted during the vehicle exchange, and the additional time spent on moving without the dolly I had previously rented. Furthermore, I purchased a mattress cover on the same day when they changed the van, and I had to pay for it afterward. I've had a terrible experience, and I won't rent with U-Haul ever again.

It took 45 minutes + to pick up a vehicle I had reserved over a week prior. They could not find my reservation and it took several associates to process the rental. Then the vehicle was blocked by another and I had to go back inside and ask someone to move it. The vehicle I was assigned clearly needed maintenance, the transmission made strange noises when shifting and the wheel well was dented causing the tire to rub when turning. I picked up my reservation on Thursday and received a call on Sunday morning asking where the vehicle was and that it was supposed to be returned on Saturday evening. Why did they not call on Saturday? The rental was supposed to be until Monday evening why did they not have the correct information even though my email confirmation had the correct information. There was a great deal of frustration around the entire process. This was not the first Uhaul rental I've done but the first at this location. I will not be utilizing this location in the future and possibly not Uhaul at all. I don't blame the associates for not knowing how to do things, I blame management for poor training on systems for the frustrations I had to endure.

The process of picking up and dropping off was very smooth. Will definitely be back if needing another rental.

Facility was clean and well organized. The help was friendly enough. The 15’ truck we rented had everything ok on the outside but had a “check engine” light on. Since it was a local move, we took the truck anyway. This was almost a bad decision! Returning, we almost didn’t make it back to return it. The engine was about to fail at any moment. Check everything working before renting any vehicles!

Glad I picked this U-haul location for my first ever u-haul experience. They had the vehicle I reserved ahead of time, and was friendly, patient, and easy to deal with. The 10' truck was surprisingly easy to drive too, although do note that the trucks don't come with tie-down equipment in the cargo hold, so you'll need to secure your items yourself.

Excellent customer service. Tyler is outstanding! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct trailer for my application! I highly recommend this U-Haul location. I will absolutely come back!

Picked up at 1 to drop off at 4. Finished early dropped off at 2:27. I was told by worker to leave truck with driver window down and keys inside, I would receive a receipt in 15 minutes. Took picture of mileage. I received a call at 7:30 PM about extending my rental because it was late. I was very upset because I dropped off the truck early and did exactly what I was told. I told the person on the phone what happened & I had proof of gas time, pictures of mileage with the time of drop off early. NOT LATE! I received a receipt the next business day late morning confirming I dropped off truck at 4PM and was charged an extra mile. Someone at that location didn’t do their job or used truck to go get food and charged me the extra mile.

It's a mixed bag. The workers are friendly, but they are ALWAYS understaffed. Right now, I've been in line for 30 min to buy some boxes. So other customer is pissed because the keys to the one truck they need, that they reserved three weeks ago, have gone missing. Also, it's often that stuff is out of stock. Today? No bubble wrap.Box prices are great. I've bought propane here too. Parking sucks and it's hard to drive around the lot.Today, there's just one guy working the register. Every problem transaction grinds the whole place to a halt. And it seems all the transactions are problems.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. Customer service is terrible, unprofessional and distasteful in addition to being dishonest about what is available and what is not. Employees in person and when calling this location is very unpleasant to deal with. Management is also terrible and unknowable of how to handle or manage this location. This particular location needs an investigation to reconsider their employees working here and their services will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Really slow and inefficient. Parking lot difficult to navigate with lots of large vehicles. Took forever to drop everything off. Even with a long line almost out the door, one of the two cashiers left and never came back.

Poor costumer service waited and waited to get refill of propane and attendance unwilling to help and they say it was closed already after I waited for 20 minutes ?
