The lady with red hair she need to upgrade her customer service I walk in 15minutes before they close she had two customers and I was fine by waiting she said we close soon I’m not gonna be able to help which is bad for business like that

Third time I came to this store and it’s closed. T Their sign on the door says they are open 10am until 8 pm. But they never are. Don’t waste your time going there

The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was the smell of marijuana. "Smells good in here," I told the employee who greeted me. He feigned ignorance, but it soon became obvious to me that he was stoned. (I'm not going to give his name because I don't want to get anyone fired, but I hope the management takes note and ups their game.)The employee proceeded to try and help me with my request. He seemed semi-knowledgeable at first, but he didn't really know the products and wasn't able to give me accurate info. He was about to sell me the wrong product when I caught the error and corrected him. I ended up buying three things on his recommendation -- all the while dreading it, because I knew he was high -- and sure enough, one of the products turned out to be the wrong one (I found out later).At the end of the transaction he informed me he wasn't able to print out a receipt, so I requested that he email me one instead. I checked my email (I knew I would probably need a receipt later, because he was stoned and there was a good chance I might have to return incorrect stuff), but it hadn't arrived. I asked him who the email would be coming from, and he said Verizon. I checked my Junk email and saw about ten emails from something called "Victra", but since he had told me it would be from Verizon, I figured that was something else.Eventually I figured out -- with no help from Stoner Guy -- that the Victra emails were my receipt (spammed to me ten times, for some reason), and when I told him "You said it would be from Verizon," he replied "Verizon, Victra...I was close."This disastrous experience is typical of the low competency levels and poor customer service I'm seeing a lot nowadays. The same thing happened at Target earlier that day. Things didn't use to be this bad, did they? Employees don't know their products, they don't know their inventory, they don't give a shit, they smoke weed on the job, they don't know the basics of customer service -- sometimes they don't even speak English.The number of business establishments left in America where decent customer service is still a thing seems to be rapidly dwindling, and this store looks like yet another sad example of that trend.

I scheduled an appointment here for 7:00pm to have my numbers switched between two new phones. I chose this store because they were open until 8pm. When I arrived, there was a customer being helped by a young man, Jose, I believe. By 7:15pm, the first customer was still being helped and three more customers had gotten in line behind me. It was clear that some would not get help before they closed. With the closing hour coming soon, Jose professionally handled the waiting customers and was able to successfully get my phones switched while also helping the other waiting customers. In what would normally be a stressful situation, Jose kept a welcoming and friendly attitude. We all actually chatted with each other while Jose took worked hard for us. Over all great experience. Will gladly drive out of my to go this store versus the closer one to me. Thank you, Jose.

I just bought the new IPhone 14 at this location and had the best experience. Will was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. He educated us on the best deals and was very knowledgeable about everything he answered every single question we had and even guided us towards the best deals and options keeping our best interest in mind. He even stayed an hour after closing to help my family and I to get the new phone. He made our experience so amazing and I will always come to this location for now.

Went into the store with my S21+ that was destroyed from a high fall. Was in and out in 30 minutes with a new phone. Outstanding customer service!

Will is patient and so informative and assisted me with upgrading my phone and adding a line and phone for my son. Very overwhelming for me but he patiently walked me though each step and answered all my stupid non techy questions without once rolling his eyes ( which I wouldn’t have blamed him if he had since I’m just not good with this stuff) He was a pleasure to work with and got us all set up

Alex provided excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable and skilled in moving phone service from previous carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) over to Verizon.

The worst store with the worst manager! If you want a quality experience go down the street to the store near Target. The manager, while training a "team member" became frustrated while setting up my new iPhone. He disabled my current phone and would not re-enable it when I could not get into my Apple ID. He handed me a customer service number and tried to push me out the door. I asked him to return my phone useable and he said to me "I'm not going to use my phone to help you". I'm a senior citizen and his humiliating idea of customer service is the reason I'm writing this. Does not deserve 1 star. Also, the store is dirty and the guys there all speak Spanish to each other and thought it was funny to try to sell me a pink phone, while the customers wait for their less than average service. The manager was very boisterous and made a big deal to his staff of how he was going to upsell me gadgets I didn't need. A really piece of ..... work. They need quality people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Came here to pay my phone bill & the guy told me I couldn't pay my phone bill here. Told me that I had to go to another store. Just feel like its too early in the day to not have enough helping hands to help customers. The store is still open for another 5 hours .
