This branch is the worst. Always super busy, always understaffed, always late for appointments, and unapologetic about all of it. However, staff is generally friendly.

Zero customer service and a complete waste of time coming here. They asked me to come in on 2-3 different times and today when I went there they say call the 1800 number behind the card they cannot help. Why was I not told on day one?

Another horrible experience. The atm's never work at the Woodside Location. Last week I waited and tried to use one of the three but it wasn't accepting deposits. Ok. This week, the one that work is "out of order", tried a second one it wasnt taking deposits. When it's a hassle to make a deposit which benefits the bank you know you have a problem. It feels like a second rate bank. Be warned.

Convenient neighborhood bank with smiling friendly and professional staff. There is plenty of parking in the plaza lot which abuts the small bank parking lot.

I can't believe it I'm waiting for someone to help me to send money but after I wait for a while some come to let me know the one can help I'm being costumer for long time and that isn't acceptable. I cancel one of my account for the reason now I have to think about my other's. The employees are not professional at all

this wf is so close to where i live and yet i didn't even go until just a couple weeks ago! i guess i'm always stopping by wf wherever i happen to be shopping or running errands, which is not close to home!this location is a bit smaller than others, and the parking lot size is reflective of that as well. fortunately for me, someone just left so i took their spot! it was a weekday around lunchtime, so there was a fair number of customers inside, waiting in line, but i didn't have to wait too long since most of the teller stations were occupied.i had a pretty simple withdrawal request, $100 as a single $100 bill. but when i communicated this to the teller, she gave me a bizarre look like i made a very strange request, so i asked what was wrong. she said that she thought i wanted $100,000! mind you, she wrote this on a piece of paper instead of saying it aloud, which i can understand since we're inside a bank, but i was a bit taken aback, and immediately told her no, just $100 (no extra zeroes!) we both had a laugh about it after we cleared this up! this was probably the funniest experience i ever had inside a bank!

Absolutely ridiculous service levels. I'm in a line of 12 people. There is one teller. There are four people sitting at desks looking busy. It's the lunch rush. Note to manager and everyone at their desks- STAND UP AND HELP THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU!!! Do your desk work in the afternoon when the rush dies down. Manager really be fired.

This is a legal statement, "I gave Rebecca Westergren $300 dollars to use her address, I need to know if she 'prank called' Wells Fargo to tell her I gave her money that I didn't think I needed to document. But I am telling the truth. I will take a polygraph test." Every 'effing' time I call customer service they 'effing' rude. Intentions. 'I wanted to say bye.'

Extremely long waiting time.One to two people are working and others are hanging around or are on coffee brake. No mater when you come always the sameI like to give them another one start but they don't let me. Today was 50 minute waiting time , one teller working. And several employees hanging around.. I don't have time to discus with you your problem.

Zero stars. Wells Fargo Customer needed twenty dollars in quarters. Told their is a shortage. Do I care? No. Just give me the quarters so I can leave. Did I really ask for too much? You are a Bank.

With the many questionable business practices Wells Fargo corporate made in recent years, I must admit that I was not very excited to have to do business with this bank. This local office is very well managed by Fabien. One of their cashier, Klara, always impresses me with her helpfulness, politeness and efficiency. It makes the customer experience very pleasant.
